Vey frustrated. Ordered a product and it came damaged. I sent an email and they got back to me after a few weeks. They then sent out a replacement which hasn’t even arrived after a month. After two weeks I sent another email stating that I will cancel my order I would like a refund if I don’t get an update as to when it will arrive. I then received an email saying that they will look into this and will give me an update. After a month, no update was given and after a few emails no responses. This is the worst experience I’ve had with the delivery service. Customer service is poor. No intention to rectify the mistake. Never purchasing again from vanity planet.
Absolutely awful! I can’t even express how awful their customer service and products are. I purchased the 3-in-1 facial massager and the entire roller broke/fell off after not even a few months. You would think that a company that’s so proud of their stuff and sell it for $50-$100+ would at least guarantee quality, back their products, and offer customer service. I reached out for a replacement and they will not give me one since I do not have a receipt from months ago but why would I keep a receipt when I expect it to be great quality for that price?? This company is insane. I sent in photos and proof it was their product that was broke, clearly I had to purchase it somehow.
Customer service is poor/non existent! I ordered one of their facial steamers (Aira) on 5 December 2021, I am writing this today 21 December 2021 to say that I have not received my steamer. I’ve emailed Vanity Planet 4 times now and I get the automated email saying someone will contact me shortly - I still haven’t been contacted!! Just like everyone says they experience with VP. I ordered my steamer so I could gift it to someone for Christmas but who knows if it’ll get here in time. Apparently my steamer has shipped but it is not in transit, that’s odd. How many days, or weeks in this case, does it take to pass along one little item so it reaches it’s destination?! Disappointing as hell! I am not happy at all! I need answers.
This is company is a SCAM!!! They never reply to you when you message them or call them!! It’s all about money for this company. Like I know they realize they have terrible customer service and still don’t do anything about it. This will be the first and the last time I order from a company like this. I ordered my products beginning of December, still haven’t received no confirmation and any information of whether or not my products have shipped out yet. It’s sad. I thought this company would be trustworthy. Unfortunately can’t I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau for an investigation because this company is suspicious! Save your time and money, go somewhere else not here!!!
I used the brush. Batteries were cheap or old and ran out quickly. Also caused redness. Once a week maximum. I did have the facial steamer on my Christmas list as hoped it would be more gentle but just took it off as I discovered they support afilliates like Aligreen13 who is openly racist. Won't buy from them again. Edit. Thanks it is actually my husband's order as brush was a birthday present but I am uncomfortable providing his details as your affiliate Aligreen13 bullies people by posting their contact details online to get sent hatemail.
