Terrible website. It takes no verification to create an account and make deposits so everyone can lose money or get addicted , no matter if they are of age or not. In addition , they let me gamble even tho I am in the register of excluded gamblers in Croatia and all deposits are made to different accounts that have no name of the casino or anything related of them so it is harder to track the deposits to them. I therefore require all my bets to be voided because non of them have been placed legally, and my account closed. Player name is Player72568. I love the site and the selection of games. The part that I have a problem with is when trying to withdraw. I haven't used any bonuses aside from the tough luck coins they give you when you run out. I made a deposit of $80 USD in hopes I could start withdrawing my winnings and was let down when I was notified that I had to deposit $120 USD. I made another deposit of $80 USD. I still couldn't withdraw. That's when I was told that it had to be a single deposit of $120 USD, so I did that. Afterwards, I still couldn't withdraw due to 2-factor authentication. At this point I'm furious! Support said that there was nothing that they could do, which I doubt. After making multiple deposits and depositing more than the minimum needed to complete the 2-factor authentication, I think that should verify my account. I shouldn't have to deposit another $120 and hope that there isn't another hoop to jump through. Please either verify my account or give me a full refund. (A little extra would be greatly appreciated).
