An excellent transaction. I was worried as goods were coming from Denmark to the UK but all was well. Absolutely delighted with the boots and more importantly so is the better half.

Got charged extra but they refunded immediately with no problems, shoes arrived and they were the perfect fit as described, when in doubt size down
I purchased the Richee loafer from Vinny's in December. After wearing the loafers only once, the heel padding came completely off, hurting my feet and making the loafer impossible to wear. This alone is disappointing and far from the quality the brand claims to stand for. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but instead of offering a replacement or proper solution, I was told to take the shoes to a cobbler. I did - and even the cobbler said the shoes could not be fixed in a proper or lasting way. For a nearly new product to fall apart after one wear is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the slow and lackluster 'auto generated' communication from Vinny's and the lack of responsibility for a clearly defective product. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Vinny's based on this experience.
Its been few days with shipping confirmation but without any tracking number. I contacte them but no replies. There customer service seems like it doesnt exist at all.

Great product and amazingly fast shipping.
One of the pull tabs on the pair of officer boots I ordered, broke at my first attempt of trying to put the boots on, without putting much pressure on it. I did not realize the pull tabs are for decoration only, and not meant to be used.
Despite my previous issues with delivery procedures. The shoes themselves are beautifully made and super high quality.
They sent the wrong size shoes…which were also clearly worn/not new. They had extremely slow customer service, and failed to provide a shipping label when I went through their return process. Same quality loafers are available elsewhere, with less hassle, for the same or less money.
