I got a call pretty much right away. However, I need pills long term for a chronic mild condition and doctors usually prescribe them for a whole year at the time. But with WebDoctors.com I only got a month worth of prescription for the first time, and the doctor said next time he can do 3 months max. So it feels like it's just a way to get you to keep coming and pay the consultation for a 45 second call to get a refill (since my med does not require any sort of blood work or testing).
