All the employees at the well pharmacy on broad lane are awesome, polite, so understanding & caring towards me & anyone who goes there. So give them all a pay rise!!!! They deserve it & more 🤣❤️

Prescription nomination changed without asking and prescription sent at wrong time for my husband, chemist blamed the GP but it was someone at the chemist, they said the would change it back but did not, I had to contact the GP to change it back. Texted me to say my prescription was ready to collect, I had not put one in as it was not due and medication missing - again blamed the GP. Staff member serving at the counter could not have been less bothered, walked/slouched about at such a slow pace and was not interested at all in any kind of customer service, if she didn't want to work there then she should leave.
First time used this service and had no problems at all
Communication is impossible as the phone rings and they pick it up and just drop it. I have actually witnessed this happening when I have been in the shop too.
