Adele and her team fought for the original agreed rate after the lenders increased by over 0.5% overnight. Rates are volatile and the dedication from the team meant that the rate is now secured and in place for when our existing mortgage (also sorted by Adele and her team) is up in 3months. She highlighted the change in our circumstances has meant that our cover is also in need for renewal to align incase the worst happens. Thank you for arguing and getting the original rate.

Adele was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She was always easy to get hold of, and quick to reply which meant I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was explained clearly and I was given good advice which made the whole process so much easier. I was also kept in the loop the whole time and felt really supported throughout. My son was looking for his first house to buy. He found a property and did not know what to do next. I advised him that he needed to consult a Mortgage Adviser to guide him through his finances to make sure that he could get a mortgage to buy his first dream house. Adele was recommended and we are so glad that she was. She was knowledgeable, full of tips and advice and guided my son to his first mortgage on his first house. I would wholeheartedly recommend Adele to anyone who needs a mortgage, whether they are looking for their first home or whether they are remortgaging. If I could give 10 stars I would. If I could give this a zero, I would. I won’t go into my friends personal situation but the service she has received from this company is nothing short of embarrassing. My friend filed a complaint about their service, which she received a reply for that was littered with spelling mistakes and personal comments - very unprofessional. Parts of the letter didn’t make sense and some of it was unreadable due to the way it was printed. My friend is terminally ill and this company have failed her, even lying to cover their own tracks. This is a genuine review and I would not wish anyone to go through what she has. Please avoid. Updated reply based on your reply 6 months after the initial review. 1. This is based on my friend’s experience as she cannot physically type this, as you know. Where is your compassion? 2. Ombudsmen obviously was going to side with your company as the disclosure made by my friend was verbal and you dismissed it therefore no written evidence. 3. She would have contested the outcome, if she wasn’t trying to come to terms with her terminal condition and enjoy the precious time she has left. Yet again, a very unprofessional reply. This review is nothing but factual and your response omits detail that is crucial for your customers to make an informed decision on whether they would use your service or not.
