Great Xoom App. Outstanding customer service. Very concerned about your security. Sometimes, the transfer may be placed on "hold" for further security checks and verification. While it may be a slight inconvenience, it's also good that they have solid protection in place to protect you and your money.

I've been using Xoom now for years for overseas transfers and have never had a problem with the money reaching the proper destination or being delayed. The fees are way cheaper than using the banks services, which is another bonus.

Fast and great service
The app crashes constantly, is very difficult to log in to it. sometimes it logs in directly to the Home page, other times it keeps asking to link my paypal account, and then gives up an error. Exchange rate and fees are also abusive - and came silently out of nowhere.
