I have to say these inserts are great. I have lower back pain and I have to walk as much as I can and these inserts have made a difference in the stamina I have on long walks.
At first felt strange but after a few wears seems to control my pain
Tried to return insoles because they made the hip pain worse. They offered a partial refund instead of full refund with return. I cancelled the subscription and then received a email stating my insoles were shipped and billed my card $50.94. I called several times and got no answer. Emailed them again and now waiting on a response which they said could take 24 hours. Do not purchase from them. If I would have known how awful the customer service was I would have bought them from Amazon and been able to return them and not be billed for more. I am contacting my card company and turning them in for fraudulent charges.
Answer was quick and simple.
Took my Nikey’s for a spin in Bangkok and about halfway around 3km I started to feel a lot of discomfort. I was told to try Xstance and now I’m walking 10k without the slightest discomfort. Will definitely recommend!
Within one hour of wearing my shoes with the new inserts, I was 75% pain free.
