Met Mr Lemay while my 3,5 years at Shanghai by accident. Wanted to inherit a classic ring from my grandparents but since they are still young i dicedid to get one from him. He took his time to give me a very deep understanding what kinds of stones are available and where are the differences between diamonds and sapphires or shapes and sizes. Even i didn't wanted to spent more than 5k I felt treated like a customer who is going to spent half million. He has great passion for his job and explains all details with patience. After he analyzed what I wanted to have he took a pencil and drawled his understanding of my wish. No asking for reference pictures from his side to save time. The ring drawing was simply based on his imagination based on my words. The result was stunning! "You want to wear the ring everyday?" he questioned before to make sure I will have the right ring with stones which matches my needs. Having the ring since 2017 and still loving it so much. 2017 I decided to get a second one. What to say? Same professional service! Such a pity he is a little far away to pay a visit.
