So, I recently asked Yves to clean off my father's chain that was passed down to me. My father passed away, so I wanted to clean it for my birthday. Let me tell you.. I absolutely couldn't control myself. Tears falling down my face, snot, slobber all of that. And when I put on the chain it felt...Fresh. But still maintained the essence of a family jewel. Moral of the story is, us humans invest in precious metals and diamonds to transfer everlasting emotions to someone. Period. Yves did an extraordinary job of restoring my father's jewelry and giving me to opportunity to have an everlasting Birthday gift. Oh and he's also just a cool guy to be around. I'm truly grateful for his services
I purchased two jewels from Yves on two separate occasions. I first ordered my graduation ring, it was truly a pleasure to be a client of Yves. When I just graduated what I wished for was not yet within my budget, yet during the initial discussion with Yves there was no pressure at all and I felt at ease. A short while after I came back and purchased it. The experience was really great, jewel is something I enjoy but lack knowledge of and Yves took the time to explain every question I had. After a proper understanding of what I desired, the ring was tailor-made exactly the way I wanted it. Actually, it was better than what I wanted thanks to Yves's expertise. Additionally, the quality is truly great, this is a relatively big ring yet it feels comfortable and natural to wear. My second purchase was a small gift, I really appreciated Yves’s proposal that was both within the desired budget and has the meaning I intended the gift to have. Yves's jewels are great, and so is his customer service.
I could not reccomnend Yves enough. Initially I was searching like a mad man all around China for a decent engagement ring. When I gave up looking, I read about Yves on a forum. I immediately contacted him on wechat. I told him my budget and ideas. He procured some diamonds. We talked in great detail about which diamond to choose and why. He made a sketch and asked for my approval. From there it took a few weeks to make the ring. Yves was in contact throughout the process. I received the ring in the mail with the GIA certificate. It was aboluelty stunning. Once I proposed, my fiance was in absolute shock over how amazing the ring looked. Yves did a wonderful job making the ring. Unfortunately, now my fiance looks at her ring more than me but I couldn't be happier. The entired experience was wonderful. Yves is reliable, knowledgeable, and a true craftsman. I could not recommend his service enough.
