First time customer: I ordered shoes for a special occasion one evening. Next morning I was told the order was canceled. Called CS; were nice. Set me up as VIP acct and sent shoes to my hotel. Didn't need the shoes; returned with return authorization. After 3 weeks, called CS to see about credit to my credit card. CS rep said return was received and credit would be issued "this week." That was last week, called CS again and after 12 minutes wasted CS said it would be issued today and would take "up to 10 business days to get through cc processing." Guess who won't order from Zappos ever again. Keep your VIP membership, Zappos. What I needed was reliable, prompt customer service!
Zappos used to be my go to for shoes and other accessories. They no longer allow the amazon prime shipping even though they are affiliated (owned) by amazon. They seem to sell old bottom rack items that are available at discount stores. Placed my absolute last order two days ago. Live chat, which I waited 90 minutes for, told me they could not express my order after I asked if I could pay more for expedited shipping as I was going out of town. No deal I must wait five days for my order. Zappos needs to give up and collapse, they’re looking worse than DSW which by the way has much better merchandise and much better customer service. UPDATE. Received my two pairs of shoes and both pairs were dirty and were obviously worn outside as the treads were worn down.
Seriously think before you buy. Bought a Pair of Mens Sneakers May8 Checking Tracking it said Delivery May 13th. Nothing ever arrived. Zappo's Customer Service told me It will Arrive May 14th. Just Checked Tracking 5:00am May14th now it says Delivery May15th. When You use 3 dates and Still get it Wrong Zappo's is a Joke. May 15th Seriously how bad do you have to be to keep getting it Wrong. Terrible Company.....
1 star. I contacted support due to an issue with the app, and the agent ended up duplicating my order. I was supposed to pay about $12 using an Amazon credit, but I was charged over $150. Only part of the money was refunded, and no one resolved the issue after multiple contacts. Very bad experience.
Nothing against the brand just the first time I used a pair thumb Zappos broke my tibia zero out of 10 would not recommend
I ordered boots and they were too small. I called to exchange them and they told me it would be 30 days before I could get a store credit and that I could just order another pair. I don’t want to spend another $200 on boots while waiting to see if they even refund me properly and I need the boots within 2 weeks. I went on reeboks website and they were actually cheaper when I ordered the new size. Zappos used to be good, but it’s more expensive and has worse customer service.
Shoes arrived worn and in the wrong box. There is absolutely no way the person who packed this was not aware of it. Awful.
I ordered from Belco.com and then I got a text confirmation that the charge would come from Zapostore on my bank account. Within minutes of that text I had 5 fraud alerts come through on my phone. I had to work with my bank to verify that the 5 charges from different stores were all fraudulent charges. I used this site without checking it out first. My son sent me a link for something specialized that we had been looking for. I went ahead and ordered against my better judgment, which is something I will never do again. I filed a bank dispute because I had not realized it was coming from the Zapostore site when this first happened. So the bank took off all the other charges that I did not make, but when I looked on the site for zapostore, it was nothing but a scam. All their reviews, people were claiming that they didn't receive their merchandise and that there were multiple fraudulent charges of $9.95 right after placing an order. That is what happened to me also, so it didn't take much to figure that one out. So my bank suggested that I try to contact the company first and cancel the order and get a refund. I did just that. This company is so fraudulent that when I did find a number to contact them.I was told after they answered the phone with a simple hello, no company named. They wouldn't answer who they were with. When I asked them questions, the woman began to speak over me using vulgar language. Saying to me.... "suck my the di** and also to go f myself." That is not a legitimate company. Please check out the site first, as I should have. These people are running a big scam.
This is the most horrible and disgusting website I've ever ordered from and the one I've dealt with through customer support! I placed an order for sneakers, they sent me two right sneakers, different sizes and colors, and the support team refuses to help, doesn't respond to my emails, and completely ignores me! They made such a serious mistake in the warehouse and aren't even willing to apologize to the customer or correct the error. The worst customer service ever!!!!
Horrendous. no exchange option for a different size refunds take 30 days! they use usps so slow as molasses and now my son won't have his work shoes on time because If I would of known the returns take 30 days I never would of ordered in the first place. my return has been sitting an entire week and STILL hasn't been scanned into the system. This has been an absolute nightmare! 0/10 I don't recommend!!
They were not delivered in two days as promised and no one can track where they state they were delivered. My trip is ruined due to this. Worst site ever.
I had a horrible experience with this company. I made a purchase last week and was told my payment method did not work. I used a gift card which per the internet they accept. I called and spoke to 4 different reps and they all told me different things one being a manager. I will never use this company again!!!!
