I’ve been with Zealthy a bit now and I’ve lost 77lbs and intend to keep going. They are quick with medication refills.
I have been using Zealthy for a year and have had no problems until about 2 months ago when I was supposed to get my second half of my 6 month GLP prescription and I never got it. I’ve been talking to customer support in nearly circles now for 2 months and they keep saying they’re “escalating my order to the pharmacy” but then nothing happens. Then they will tell me to submit a refill online but then the refill submission will want to charge me and again I’ve already paid the full amount. I tell the customer support that and they once again say they’re “escalating the order.” Again, it’s been nearly 2 months now and I just want a refund or my order immediately. None of which seem to be happening as they won’t refund me either. I’m so irritated and won’t be using Zealthy ever again after this!

Been waiting on meds for two weeks. They keep sending me messages saying it will be another 7 business days. I already paid for meds that are not here yet.
Fast and efficient.
I signed up and ordered my initial GLP 1 with no problem. But the 3 month renewal has been an absolute nightmare. I paid for 3 month subscription and prescription on April 20 and have not received it as of today May 6. They keep telling me it's been received by the pharmacist and will be shipped soon. For $670, it should be an immediate shipping. I'm very disappointed and to add insult to injury. I realized that I signed up with the wrong company. I'm not sure if I should continue waiting or get a lawyer. Either way, I have no intention of losing that kind of money because of poor customer service.
I’ve used before. A bit different from before as med delayed but customer service has been spot on and appreciate it.
The service is great, timely. The app and website seem to have troubles and is very difficult for insure and maintain your session

This company, Zealthy, is an absolute nightmare and one of the most deceptive subscription services I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did I have an issue when I first started the subscription not getting my medication on time when they said it was shipped ( it wasn't). In addition trying to cancel is intentionally confusing and feels designed to trap you. You go through what looks like a completed cancellation, only to find out later that you’re still being charged. It’s not one or two steps—it’s multiple layers of hoops that make it seem like you’re done when you’re not. That’s not an accident. That’s by design. I even reached out directly and told them I had achieved my goal and wanted to cancel. They congratulated me and pushed me back to the app—knowing full well that the app “cancellation” process is misleading at best. It gives you the impression everything is handled, when clearly it isn’t. After dealing with this, I checked other reviews—and it’s the same story over and over. People getting charged after thinking they canceled, struggling to get out, and feeling completely misled. I should have listened. And good luck trying to remove your payment information. That’s another conveniently difficult process, which only raises more red flags about how this whole system is set up. This isn’t just poor customer service—it feels predatory. Companies that make it this hard to cancel don’t deserve your business. Stay far away unless you want to deal with frustration, wasted time, and unexpected charges.

This is what happens when the Healthcare system fails. Health apps like this pop up, claim to be credible and take advantage or desperate, uninsured people looking to improve their lives. They take the money and run, so-to-speak. There is not one actual provider assigned to each person...its a random message board of bots telling you, 'we'll take care of you.' When really they mean 'I'll send your drugs when I feel like and charge you as much as I can before you realize we dont give a fudge about you, the actual human patient.' They refuse a refund after charging you on completely random days and not fulfilling their prescription promise. THESE ARE DRUGS THEY ARE SELLING TO US, WE PUT THESE IN OUR BODY. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST WE ARE BEING TAKEN CARE OF.
I was confused and misunderstood some things with Zealthy. Placed an appointment that I did not mean to do and could not afford. After explaining rudely to them how they charged me they responded promptly, professionally and politely treated me with kindness. Then refunded my money quickly. I appreciate their quick responses to my situation.
