It’s been great
Zealthy is a fraudulent telehealth "service". Avoid altogether. They are currently being sued by the DOJ and FTC (filed May 31, 2024) for unfair and deceptive privacy, data security, marketing and billing practices. Furthermore, as of April 23, 2026, the DOJ has moved to put a freeze on the company's assets and put them in receivership. CEO Kyle Robertson jumped ship from his previous company, Cerebral, after similar litigation was filed against that company back in 2022. Zealthy and Robertson have been implicated in what the DOJ has described as "systemic improper and dangerous telemedical practices", which includes "the routine ordering of prescriptions by foreign call center contractors and other non-clinicians with no medical license, including the systemic misuse of the names and National Provider Identifier (NPI) number of doctors to order many thousands of prescriptions for patients they did not actually treat or order a prescription for, without their knowledge or clinical supervision, even when they have never been employed by Zealthy". Reportedly, the stolen identity of one doctor was used to write as many as 8,000 prescriptions. Zealthy lost its medical merchant certification from credentialing organization LegitScript in 2025 after it failed to disclose the mentioned DOJ litigation. Ad platforms and payment processors dropped Zealthy which then created shell companies to get around it. Company executives also used credit cards to buy their own subscriptions, diluting the rate of consumer credit card chargebacks to improve their transaction dispute rates to make them look better for their bankers and lenders.
Medicine works very well to lose wait and for energy bust
i was looking for a way to improve my health by losing 15-20% of my body weight but these compounded pharmacies are popping up all over the place. well they all have deceptive advertising get started on glp-1 for 39 dollars a month and you cant see the actual price until you fill out there intake form and this one ROENRX ZEALTHY AND OTHER ALIASIS well with ROENRX was the company that stole from me. When i got through the intake your suppsed to get a doctor consultation anyway long story short i saw the actual prices but no until i entered my card info well i did i saw the real price was 297 month so i deleted my info and left. i notices they charged me 39 dollars so i called and complained i never went to checkout i deleted my info and left they were nice and refunded and apologized for the confusion. done right WRONG they billed me 135 the following month and keep saying over and over its against our policy to refund Isaid im not asking for im only asking for my stolen money back. they are being no help STAY AWAY THE ONLY THING YOULL LOSE IS YOUR MONEY Another these companies do is notify you in advance what answers will not get you approved so lie is the inference.
First of all I really do appreciate the affordable price My health insurance would not pay for my treatments after the month of April I was charged $700 when this method was working for me I am very happy that I found AMRX The product is working everyone tells me how well I look with the weight loss. This really works I'm fading away to nothing that's just a joke but it's slow it's it's just it's not drastic it's very comfortable and I see and feel a difference all over my body I'm so grateful to have found this company and the product thank you so much!
The amount of people reaching out is overwhelming, but I appreciate the teamwork and professionalism.
Charge you if you inquire and consider you a “member”. They and MEDVi state their website claims they can continue to charge even if you don’t use their services.
1 star - TOTAL SCAM! DOJ SUES & FREEZES ASSETS - AVOID! Zealthy is a predatory fraud ripping off desperate weight loss seekers like me. Signed up for $39 membership and immediately cancelled after finding out their fraudulent practices. Got credited the initial $39 after 5 attempts but they charged me again for $139 without supplying me anything. They claim my membership was still active despite my cancellation. CEO Kyle Robertson pulled the same at Cerebral (FTC settlement for data theft & fake reviews). Now DOJ/FTC sued them for illegal non-doctor prescriptions, patient endangerment, and asset fraud. Changed my medication when asked and made a big difference in my weight loss
Great staff and customer service!
The change over in pharmacies has interrupted delivery of medication - I have now been without medication for a week.
The questions are relevant!
Scam don’t do it find a more reputable company.
