Very easy to redeem gift.
First I was taken to a survey that wasn't Zillions and asked may personal questions. I am conceerned about getting hacked. When I got to the Zillions site it talked about shopping which ended up meaning choosing the restaurants where I wanted to use the card. The whole experience was confusing.
I think it’s a little crazy for you to have to get a gift card to go redeem gift cards

This does not have a zillion ways to spend. When I select department stores nothing showed up. Walmart showed as an option for one card, but not the other card for the same amount. I am not impressed by this at all.

It was not clear that the first card had to be used to redeem a second electronic gift card online so I tried to use the first one unsuccessfully to my surprise. After reading the fine print a few months later, it was redeemed.
My first card did not work, so I had to call the company and get a new card mailed. That was easy, but an added unwanted step.
It's very easy to use. I was actually given mine as a tip during Christmas, as I am a server. And I just found it in my dresser after 5 months. I thought it would be difficult to use, but it was easier than I thought.
