Excellent product that still looks and works great roughly two years later. But the most impressive element of my transaction was the customer service....I had an idea of what I wanted but they took my idea and shaped it into something that fit my space even better than my original idea. Each rendering was clear and delivered quickly as we worked towards the end product. Price and shipping time were both reasonable. And I feel supported, so that if an issue ever came up and I needed parts or service, they would be here to assist. This was a very important purchase for my business and it couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend and I anticipate buying more signage in the future.

All in all we had a good of experience with AFCultures USA. Our only complaint was a few minor blemishes with the placing of the LED lights…there were two light units that were visible. Other than that everything was great.
The signs are not square the measurements were over a 1/2” off. Not pleased I reached out and told yall and nobody cares. I wasted 800$ on two signs that don’t look right
We had a sign made by AFCultures for our showroom and the entire experience was excellent. They were incredibly easy to work with and maintained great communication throughout the entire process- from the initial design phase all the way through shipping updates. The sign arrived packaged very securely and was clearly handled with care. Installation was also very simple with no issues at all; it mounted easily on the wall and looks fantastic in our showroom. I would definitely recommend AFCultures!
AFCultures did an incredible job for us. For starters, I was under a time crunch with an event at our office, but really wanted the sign on display for the event. I reached out to the team at AFCultures and they were able to get us the sign in time! We received updates along the way, including proofs of the product before production and again before it shipped. The entire process was incredibly well done. We own a business consulting firm and the sign hangs in our conference room. Highly recommend!

Have ordered to signs for our event venue from AF Cultures and both times have been a good experience. The team is very communicative of where the sign is in the creation process and sending pics and videos once that process is completed.
