Most useless service. They kept saying I had overdue payments which I paid for and it was a glitch in their system and now im banned. Fine by me ill take up another decent business like Klarna where they actually resolve the issue. The support people barely take interest to help you resolve anything its actually insane.
The app is extremely slow to respond, and that's when it does respond. The app frequently freezes and had to be restarted.
I purchased five airline tickets with after pay as my method of payment through Expedia the transaction went through and the first payment was taken out. However it did not go through on Expedia end. After pay would not refund my first payment for 5-10 business days. How is this my fault . The money came out in 10 seconds but takes 5-10 business days to refund. Now I have to wait to purchase tickets. I will never use them again for large purchases.
I’m ending my relationship with Afterpay… I’ve used this platform for 7 years and yesterday showed me they are a waste of time… I had surgery and missed a payment because I was recovering… Of course I made the payment the very next day and messaged them begging them to not lower my spending limit and asked that they take me having surgery into consideration and in a matter of minutes I was told they will be lowering it and that they can’t take my surgery into consideration… To be a faithful customer that always make their payments either on time or before it’s do and have this company disregard something so major is a slap in the face… I’d rather close my account than to have to rebuild a limit that I already work so hard to build and maintain… If you use this platform please be aware that real life situations means absolutely nothing to them… Have surgery the day your payment due, they don’t care they want a payment… Have a baby the day a payment due, pause on pushing cause they want a payment… If your payment is due at the time of a natural disaster they want a payment… INSANE‼️‼️‼️ Hate to separate but I’ve had enough… I will take my business to a company that understands life happens not punish you because of situations out of your control…
