I initiated a cash LISA transfer to Dodl on 12th Feb this year. Dodl only acknowledged that they are on this case on 18th Feb. Then my old provided emailed me saying transfer is completed on 23rd Feb, only the money showing no where, not on old provider any more and neither on Dodl. Then after a whole day, it finally appears on Dodl app. However, till now (evening of 26th Feb), I can not invest this fund and Dodl still gives me a "not yet" message saying I need to transfer LISA to use LISA on Dodl..... Messaged some help on the app and someone saying they will chase the team but still no reply after a whole day. I would not recommend Dodl to anyone and remember the account fee is 0.15% without cap!

Five stars for the swift intervention and response from James today to my online chat query about app functionality. I've hard-heartedly knocked off a star though, because the 'AI' bot is the first port of call and it couldn't answer what turned out to be an extremely simple question that must have been asked a thousand times or more. So I don't think James and his real human colleagues will be losing their jobs any time soon :-)
Fast and great support. Never had any issues. Simple app with a good choice of funds. It is not sophisticated/complex and does not have a Web page to make transactions, which is the only aspect I don't like.

The customer service chat function is super easy and requests for documents and account statements are able to be processed almost instantly. Great to speak to an actual human on the chat function too and to be able to speak with them quickly 😊
