Order number: 8210309788165636 The products received are defective. Neither AliExpress nor the seller is willing to cover the return shipping costs or provide a proper refund. Despite multiple online chats and email communications, the issue still has not been resolved. Instead, we are repeatedly being passed around without any real solution, which makes us feel like customers are not being taken seriously. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating purchasing experience, resulting in a waste of both time and money. We are very dissatisfied with the way this case has been handled and will not purchase from AliExpress again.
My order is still not here evertime i click on the tracking link its says the same thing just getting the run around there is know clear answer to anything or where is my order
I ordered Two, if not three, blu-ray box sets. Several months ago. Fine. Logistics being what they are once disrupted. But months later they tell me your not getting ANY of them. Bummer. But OK. Try getting refunded. Not happening. Again, fine. Is what it is. But NEVER will I order direct from China again. When did the Chinese get incompetent all of a sudden? DVDs com from China! Ridiculous.
Previously had a good experience with this site however I returned a product to them and provided evidence of the return (receipt) however they would not refund me. I raised this issue twice and still no refund without any reason why. I will be sure to inform everyone to not use this website due to this.

I bought a watch and it stopped working after 5 months I have been on aliexpress website and wasted time with their bot chat rep without any success. The sellers tab doesn’t not work and AliExpress washed their hands from taking any responsibility who sold the watch to me. They are insisting that I need to contact the seller who does not have any live link to be contacted it is Pagani watch company I found the customer care after sale by AliExpress very dissatisfactory and Pagani Watch company a fake watch makers with no access of accepting faulty goods or sorting issues
I've had some good bargains off AliExpress but the test of a company is how it deals with problems and AliExpress is rubbish. Only spend what you can afford to lose, or willing to lose, as if things go wrong AliExpress won't help. And my other tips are: 1) Don't use paypal and their buyer protection is really seller protection, and 2) Always video unwrapping AliExpress deliveries so you can prove what was in the parcel and what was NOT (a previous incident where AliExpress ripped me off and paypal was no help). In this case I had my video showing that the 20pack widget was only a 10 pack, but although AliEpress offered a full refund/return, which I accepted, they then changed this to a partial refund for something that was useless to me (i.e. like half a door). And I got nowhere complaining to AliExpress either. Using paypal's "protection" just got me the offer of a full refund of £7 if I returned the item, at my cost, to Germany! UK consumer rights say the seller must pay return postage when the item is not compliant, in this case "not as described" (also if faulty, etc.). So AliExpress were clearly in breach of UK consumer law as a 10pack clearly isn't a 20pack which was what was on the order, so I should have been offered a returns label. And when I raised with Paypal "buyer protection" the fact that they were aiding AliEpress to breach UK consumer law, they just said take it or leave it! I've never had such poor service, from AliExpress (and Paypal).
Never again. I ordered something worth of 220,- it come to the netherlands again 20,- to customs paid After that i contact the chat that the package gonna be deliverd and im not home and can change the day. They don't care now status is deliverd. And on monday when i arrive back home no package and lost money. AliExpress does nothing don't order for more then a few bucks ;)

Kundservice när den är som allra sämst. Jag köpte en produkt som var skadad vid leverans och därmed obrukbar eftersom den var deformerad. När jag begärde en retur — som dessutom godkändes — fick jag först instruktioner om att ta reda på fraktkostnaden och återkomma till dem, bara för att sedan få beskedet att jag själv måste ligga ute med returfrakten. Produkten kostade ~80 kronor, medan spårbar returfrakt till Kina skulle kosta omkring 500 kronor. Och med tanke på alla andra kunders erfarenheter här finns det ingen som helst garanti för att man någonsin får tillbaka de pengarna. När jag påpekade att deras egna villkor säger att säljaren ska stå för returfrakten fick jag bara samma standardsvar om och om igen: att jag först måste betala frakten själv och därefter få en så kallad ”kupong” som ersättning. Ytterligare information om vad det var fick jag inte. Nej tack. Jag tänker inte lägga ut en enda krona för en retur som enligt deras policy ska vara kostnadsfri, och jag vill definitivt inte bli ”ersatt” med någon värdelös kupong istället för riktiga pengar. Den enda lösning som AliExpress, enligt dem själva, anser vara ”mest tillfredsställande” och som innebär att jag slipper returnera produkten är en delåterbetalning på cirka 30 kronor. Det är fullständigt orimligt. Den enda rimliga ersättningen i det här fallet är full återbetalning av hela beloppet — 104,43 kronor inklusive frakten jag redan har betalat för den defekta produkten. Att erbjuda ungefär en tredjedel av summan för en vara som inte fungerar är rent ut sagt ett skämt. AliExpress borde förbjudas och stängas ner. De lurar sina kunder, och jag önskar verkligen att jag hade läst omdömena här innan jag handlade. De förtjänar inte ens en stjärna. Eng. Customer service at its absolute worst. I bought a product that arrived damaged and was therefore unusable because it was deformed. When I requested a return — which was also approved — I was first instructed to find out the return shipping cost and get back to them, only to later be told that I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself upfront. The product cost around 80 SEK, while tracked return shipping to China would cost approximately 500 SEK. And considering all the other customers’ experiences here, there is absolutely no guarantee that you will ever get that money back. When I pointed out that their own terms state that the seller is supposed to cover the return shipping costs, I only received the same standard reply over and over again: that I first have to pay for the shipping myself and would then receive a so-called “coupon” as compensation. No further explanation of what that actually meant was provided. No thanks. I am not going to spend anything out of my own pocket on a return that, according to their own policy, is supposed to be free of charge, and I certainly do not want to be “compensated” with some worthless coupon instead of real money. The only solution that AliExpress themselves consider to be “most satisfactory,” and which would allow me to avoid returning the product, is a partial refund of approximately 30 SEK. That is completely unreasonable. The only reasonable compensation in this case is a full refund of the entire amount — 104.43 SEK including the shipping I already paid for the defective product. Offering roughly one-third of the total amount for a product that does not work is, quite frankly, a joke. AliExpress should be banned and shut down. They deceive their customers, and I truly wish I had read the reviews here before placing my order. They do not even deserve one star.
Every box comes crushed. No protection provided at all for the product. One item came completley scratched and useless. One order could not be delivered because the delivery company said invalid address, yet it worked fine for the previous 3 deliveries. You cannot reach the shipping company GOFO as it is all AI and no one answers the phone and no one acknowledges the contact information..One big joke. I'm done with Ali Express for good.
To customers who are considering buying from this website: This seller has blatantly scammed me. They sent me a cheaper product that was completely different from the one I originally ordered. Contacting them to return the item was extremely difficult, and they forced me to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself. The shampoo bed weighs around 100 kg, so arranging transportation back to the seller was very complicated and expensive. The bed itself cost about €1,850, and the return shipping cost me another €400. The shipping company confirmed that the package was successfully delivered to the seller’s return address provided by AliExpress. I also submitted proof of delivery with the recipient’s signature. However, the seller claims they never received the item, and both the seller and AliExpress have refused to refund me. This is dishonest and irresponsible business behavior. I returned the product, but they still refuse to give me my money back or properly resolve the issue. On top of losing the product, I also had to pay the expensive return shipping fee myself. As a result, I have unfairly lost a total of €2,250, even though I purchased through their platform and have a lot of evidence showing that the seller acted fraudulently. I have had to ask the police to intervene. I hope no other customers will be deceived like I was. Please be careful and avoid buying from this untrustworthy website.
Made a new account and ordered an item with a coupon code they were advertising. Immediately after paying my order got cancelled for "account security concerns" with no other information. I verified my email and phone. Then it said to try ordering again without a coupon code and it might work, what does that even mean? So it's okay when I pay full price, but when I use a coupon suddenly the order gets cancelled?Yeah right. Never ordering from here again.
Ordered 4300K Warm White H1 bulbs but received 6500K Cool White / bluish bulbs instead. I provided photo and video evidence showing the wrong color temperature compared to actual 4300K lights. AliExpress accepted that the item was not as described, but the only solution offered was international return shipping from Chile to Hong Kong, which costs more than the product itself. Return shipping reimbursement is only offered later and may be compensated with coupons instead of real money. Very disappointing experience. Buyers from South America should be careful with return costs before purchasing.
