Every box comes crushed. No protection provided at all for the product. One item came completley scratched and useless. One order could not be delivered because the delivery company said invalid address, yet it worked fine for the previous 3 deliveries. You cannot reach the shipping company GOFO as it is all AI and no one answers the phone and no one acknowledges the contact information..One big joke. I'm done with Ali Express for good.
To customers who are considering buying from this website: This seller has blatantly scammed me. They sent me a cheaper product that was completely different from the one I originally ordered. Contacting them to return the item was extremely difficult, and they forced me to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself. The shampoo bed weighs around 100 kg, so arranging transportation back to the seller was very complicated and expensive. The bed itself cost about €1,850, and the return shipping cost me another €400. The shipping company confirmed that the package was successfully delivered to the seller’s return address provided by AliExpress. I also submitted proof of delivery with the recipient’s signature. However, the seller claims they never received the item, and both the seller and AliExpress have refused to refund me. This is dishonest and irresponsible business behavior. I returned the product, but they still refuse to give me my money back or properly resolve the issue. On top of losing the product, I also had to pay the expensive return shipping fee myself. As a result, I have unfairly lost a total of €2,250, even though I purchased through their platform and have a lot of evidence showing that the seller acted fraudulently. I have had to ask the police to intervene. I hope no other customers will be deceived like I was. Please be careful and avoid buying from this untrustworthy website.
Made a new account and ordered an item with a coupon code they were advertising. Immediately after paying my order got cancelled for "account security concerns" with no other information. I verified my email and phone. Then it said to try ordering again without a coupon code and it might work, what does that even mean? So it's okay when I pay full price, but when I use a coupon suddenly the order gets cancelled?Yeah right. Never ordering from here again.
Ordered 4300K Warm White H1 bulbs but received 6500K Cool White / bluish bulbs instead. I provided photo and video evidence showing the wrong color temperature compared to actual 4300K lights. AliExpress accepted that the item was not as described, but the only solution offered was international return shipping from Chile to Hong Kong, which costs more than the product itself. Return shipping reimbursement is only offered later and may be compensated with coupons instead of real money. Very disappointing experience. Buyers from South America should be careful with return costs before purchasing.

I make an order,I pay and never receive the product.They send the package with simple post, I talked to the post and said that they left my package in the open post box of the building. I never found it, anyone could take it. I ask a refund to aliexpress and they asked me a certificate of loss from to post. The post tells that they deliver the package at the open box. This was was their obligation. The problem is that aliexpress didn't choose a delivery service that could deliver the package direct to me and take my signature. Ali express doesn' t give my money back and I have not the posibility to make a review at their web. I just lost my money.
Ordered a plug adapter from BINGO Technology Life Store on the AliExpress site. The plug arrived and broke within a few days. Went to get a refund or replacement and BINGO said they would offer a refund. Attempted to get a refund and AliExpress blocked it saying it was outside of the 15 day refund policy! Wrote to them again and then they said they needed more proof even though a clear image of the broken adapter had been sent. Sent another image and AliExpress never wrote back. Based on previous reviews, I recommend never ordering anything through AliExpress—the worst shopping platform I've ever ordered from.
Eight days ago, AliExpress replied to my review with a public comment claiming a "dedicated customer service representative" was handling my "complex" case and urged me to wait for an email.It has now been 8 days since that promise, and weeks since this nightmare started. I have received absolutely nothing. There is nothing "complex" about this situation. AliExpress owes me 175 DKK for return shipping. They tried to issue a fake, region-locked coupon that never even appeared in my account, and now they are using public Trustpilot replies as a stalling tactic to make themselves look helpful to outsiders.This is total gaslighting. They have no dedicated team, they have no solution, and they are simply hoping I will give up. To all Danish shoppers, notice how they write polite templates here but do absolutely nothing behind the scenes. I am still waiting for my money.
Unacceptable customer service from AliExpress (Order: 3071980496238126)I received a broken/defective item that cost €8. AliExpress support insists that I must return it at my own expense, promising a refund for shipping later. However, the cheapest tracked return shipping costs €11.52!Forcing a customer to pay upfront MORE than the item's worth for a seller's mistake is financially irrational and violates consumer rights.Since support keeps ignoring my arguments and sending automated templates, I am officially escalating this publicly. I will also be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback for "goods arrived damaged." Fix your dispute system!

The replies did not reflect what I had actually reported, which makes it feel like the case is not being genuinely reviewed. 💬 Polite words, but no meaningful help Customer service responses are often polite and well-written, saying they are committed to helping and ensuring a fair resolution. However, in reality, the outcome remains the same — rejection, no resolution, and no useful guidance. 🔁 Same process, same disappointing result No matter how many times I try: I provide evidence I explain the issue I follow the process The result does not change. ⚠️ A clear gap between words and actions There is a clear gap between what is being said and what is actually being done. Purchased 4 ceiling lights and they all arrived late and beyond the latest deadline - I purchased primarily due to relatively fast delivery date. This meant I had to fork out for an extra call out charge to the electrician. All they offer is a £1 coupon which is a joke. All attempts to discuss with their chat system is a bot/humans who repeat the same question over and over. After finally agreeing to escalate, the escalation team only send an automated email and have been entirely unhelpful. I'm now stuck as their options are either £1 coupon or return of all lights. Customer service is so terrible!
This is the second time I have not received what I ordered Only received screwdriver after ordering screwdriver with 47 PCS of accessories 3072381464228229 was the order number I really shouldn't have ordered again but I needed this item for a job. Don't think I will order again unless they can send what I ordered
