Beware of their so-called prices when they send you a list. Check the actual price they are charging when you get to your cart. I selected 8 items that were listed as "$0.99" but somehow these magically transformed to prices ranging from $3 to $17 when I looked in the cart. I removed all but 3 because what was worth gambling a buck for a no-return item was not worth what they wanted. Then after I hit "checkout" I got a new warning for each of the items that "the special offer had expired" and tacking on another buck or so. The final prices on the three items were within reason, but not the extremely low prices they originally offered.
In one order Sent product not as listing shows and one item short, a previous item car door threshold stickers wouldn't stick fast. I will not use their app due to spyware issues. Using their website you are unable to raise issues, tried Facebook, no response. Customer service isn't their top priority.
Purchased 4 ceiling lights and they all arrived late and beyond the latest deadline - I purchased primarily due to relatively fast delivery date. This meant I had to fork out for an extra call out charge to the electrician. All they offer is a £1 coupon which is a joke. All attempts to discuss with their chat system is a bot/humans who repeat the same question over and over. After finally agreeing to escalate, the escalation team only send an automated email and have been entirely unhelpful. I'm now stuck as their options are either £1 coupon or return of all lights. Customer service is so terrible!
