I had the misfortune of needing an Ambulance on Friday 7th February 2025. Being a lady of 68 years having never been into hospital other than for the birth of my son I was extremely afraid/anxious. Then in came Sharon & Jazz !! What was all the worry for?? They put me at ease as soon as they entered my home took such great care of me. Can't thank them enough. Thankyou you both. SUE XX
Transfer of my 95 year old mother from Reading to Dartmoor in a ADP ambulance. Ellie and Megan were absolute stars and couldn’t have done more to make the journey run smoother. A stand out team from the booking to the actual transfer.

This was our first experience with APG and we cannot thank the two ambulance crew members Carl and Simon enough, they were absolutely amazing and very attentive. They were very caring and curtious and although they ended up being stuck outside the hospital with us for their entire shift they didn’t complain once and made us feel very comfortable. They were very funny and chatty which made our time better. We even saw Simon again the following day and he checked in on how my partner was doing. Fantastic crew!
Couldn't of asked for such an amazing crew to deal with the issues I had and how they stayed by my side. I can't remember the names of the crew who saved my life but i owe them everything..
On New Year’s Eve my daughter unfortunately had her drink spiked and was in a very bad way, she was terrified and didn’t know what was happening. Rob and Sarah arrived in the ambulance, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for your wonderful assistance and your compassion, I would have struggled To deal with it on my own as she was delirious. We spent all night in the back of the ambulance, you were wonderful with my daughter and wonderful with members of the family who were there. A huge thank you from me (Dad)
My mate was feeling awful at Westfest, they were extremely helpful, specific thanks to: Hannah, Amanda, Jazz, Lewis and Faye (and anyone else that helped). Extremely friendly and weren't judgemental.

Wow amazing service . They actually listen to the patient . The two lovely paramedics that came to my aid at home were two of the nicest ambulance staff I have ever encountered, it was their first day and I presented them with a challenge. I think they were called nathan and Mike , two Irish lads and they were amazing. Well done lads keep up the good work , you certainly made it a stress free experience
