I was having a problem linking up my car to the app , because my EV charger was not compatible. Cameron helped me get this sorted , which took a few days because i had to also get the car app loaded and codes were missing . This required 3 call backs from Allstar , but the agent always arranged suitable times and always called back at the agreed time . I had full confidence in the advisor . Thank you

Brilliant service from Daniella Burden. I received an email from Allstar stating that my account had been placed in a high-risk category, without any explanation provided. Naturally, I was very frustrated and called customer service. When I spoke to Daniella, I was not using the tone I would normally use, but she remained extremely calm, professional, and understanding throughout the conversation. She listened carefully, responded promptly both by phone and email, and reassured me that the issue would be resolved. Daniella confirmed that my account had been removed from the high-risk category, which, in my opinion, it should never have been placed in to begin with. Despite the situation, she handled everything brilliantly and provided truly excellent customer service. Thank you, Daniella.
