I change bank details and getting told…

I change bank details and getting told different stories this is complaint got told my account would remained activate then got 4 different stores this not my fault at all I take further advice this wrong im am looking for new fuel card company as all time get mix messages I am not having a great experience getting pass to different people this is not my fault not even getting phone call from dd collection a manger as requested how can this change in a day bad service please deal with this

Cant fix a simple issue!

Cant fix a simple issue! Spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday trying to sort a simple issue, Spoke to 6 different people, each one of the fobs you off as they dont have a clue on what to do.... Awaiting for 2 call backs...

I was having a problem linking up my…

I was having a problem linking up my car to the app , because my EV charger was not compatible. Cameron helped me get this sorted , which took a few days because i had to also get the car app loaded and codes were missing . This required 3 call backs from Allstar , but the agent always arranged suitable times and always called back at the agreed time . I had full confidence in the advisor . Thank you

Brilliant service from Daniella Burden

Brilliant service from Daniella Burden. I received an email from Allstar stating that my account had been placed in a high-risk category, without any explanation provided. Naturally, I was very frustrated and called customer service. When I spoke to Daniella, I was not using the tone I would normally use, but she remained extremely calm, professional, and understanding throughout the conversation. She listened carefully, responded promptly both by phone and email, and reassured me that the issue would be resolved. Daniella confirmed that my account had been removed from the high-risk category, which, in my opinion, it should never have been placed in to begin with. Despite the situation, she handled everything brilliantly and provided truly excellent customer service. Thank you, Daniella.

Fuel card site wasn't working for me

After having difficulties within the website and it not working as it should, i contacted Support who worked with me to resolve the issue and everything is back on track. Special thanks to Cariss Birkett for all her help and support in getting this resolved!

One of the worst company’s I have ever…

One of the worst company’s I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Absolutely zero customer services, don’t return calls or emails, can’t even cancel my contract as I can’t get in contact with them. Save your self the hassle and look elsewhere for your fuel cards….
