I honestly used to absolutely love…

I honestly used to absolutely love Amazon they were always very reliable and fast. Lately however I have had a few issues with the drivers that they hire. Either dropping my items off at the wrong address or tossing them over the fence. But otherwise I’m still happy for the most part

Very shady business

Very shady business. I ordered some items and the delivery driver didn't follow instructions and delivered my package to a restaurant. Now I have to wait a week for a refund. This company is a total scam and don't recommend. Customer service reps don't want to help resolve anything. I got disconnected by 3 reps and told I need to wait for further investigation. Their driver screws up and I am the one treated like a criminal because they said "As long as driver delivers in the vicinity of my address the driver did his job" That is a crook of shit. The drivers and the company are very shady.

I Can No Longer Trust Amazon After This Experience As part of an earlier issue, I had filed an A-to-Z claim regarding a problematic order experience. During the resolution process, an Amazon Customer Service representative offered what was described as a one-time reimbursement exception for a future shipped-by-Amazon order under a specified amount. I received this promise in writing and carefully followed every instruction provided:    •   purchased only shipped-by-Amazon items    •   kept the total within the required limit    •   waited until the order was fully delivered    •   contacted Amazon again exactly as instructed However, when I followed up after delivery, another supervisor informed me that the previous representative had provided “false information” and that Amazon would not honor the written promise made to me. For me, the issue is not simply financial. Trust is one of the most important values in any relationship between a company and its customers. When a company gives written assurances and later refuses to stand behind them, customer trust is broken. I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire process, but after this experience I personally no longer feel comfortable doing business with a company that does not honor its own written commitments. Because of this, I have decided to close my Amazon account and move my future purchases to businesses that value transparency, accountability, and fair treatment of their customers.

Ive received a message from amazon OFM today saying my account is closed, this because I've refunded an order and placed another?! Stealing people money is not fair and inappropriate.. will never deal with amazon scam again...

I was robbed by Amazon UK for almost £2,000. I ordered a camera and they sent me brake pads in the original camera box. I sent them photos and described the crime, but Amazon ignored me. I still haven't gotten my money back.

Amazon has failed me

I would give Amazon a zero if it were available. I placed an order on Monday, expecting the order to arrive on Tuesday. I never received a notice that my payment had declined. After not receiving my order, I went to Amazon to check the status of my delivery, and it said my payment was declined. I changed the method of payment, which was cleared by my bank immediately, but now I won't get my order until tomorrow. I need that order today, and since I'm on a fixed income, I can't go somewhere else to purchase the product I need. Amazon customer service is horrible, and they just don't care. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere but Amazon to make a purchase.

Repeated delivery failures…

I’ve had repeated delivery failures within the same week, including delays and lost packages. I want this documented as an ongoing delivery performance issue for my address/local delivery station. I’m starting to lose confidence in Amazon’s ability to deliver on time as promised. They used to be great at this, but it seems like their ability to deliver the way they used to. I started to go down the drain. I would not trust it to deliver something on time that is important to you

Data stealing scheme

First they steal all your data like full name and address then they steal your banking data and mobile number then they lock u out of your account and u cannot do nothing to reverse it,u also cannot retrieve or delete your data from Amazon because u cannot access your account until they unlock it,u also cannot contact customer service because your account is locked and the only way to do it is with a Amazon account..I don't understand how they grew so big, it's basically a data stealing scheme nothing more..I just wanted to buy a new phone...

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. I spent over two hours trying to find out why my $32.69 gift card balance was not applied to my order. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. While I was actively typing a response, the system disconnected me for "inactivity" and transferred me to a new agent. The agents have zero attention span. They kept changing the subject and starting completely irrelevant conversations instead of addressing my actual issue. I still do not have an answer. Absolutely unacceptable.

Disrespectful Delivery Driver

My 90lb dog began barking and jumping against our vinyl fence. I opened the front door and Amazon driver, in an unmarked van, was parked in front of my house with its door open. I could see that there were Amazon boxes inside the van. Driver saw me and yelled out he was on break. I went back in to try to quiet my dog. Driver doesn’t leave anything and a few minutes later he moves van to side of my house. Again my dog is barking and going nuts. The van door is open and driver is sitting there on his phone. I am beyond frustrated now and try to get his attention several times before he turns to me. I ask him if he can park somewhere else because my dog won’t stop barking. He tells me no because of my attitude and proceeds to sit there for 20 minutes. He does finally get out and shut the van door which gets my dog to stop barking. That evening my husband tells me he got a notice that a package from Amazon was out for delivery. I told him what had happened earlier and that the driver did not leave anything. We decided maybe there was another delivery driver coming. We were giving the rude driver the benefit of the doubt that he did not choose to not deliver our package, which actually needed a signature. Fast forward, no package arrived and my husband received a message that delivery was “attempted.” We were home all evening and no one knocked on door nor rang the doorbell. Reported incident to Amazon.

My car was parked on the road while I…

My car was parked on the road while I visited a friend. During my stay, 2 of his neighbours knocked on the door to say they had just witnessed an Amazon Van reverse into the side of my car. On contacting Amazon, despite photos, witness statements, photos of the van, and the parcel details, I was told there was no proof the driver had hit my car. Apparently Amazons investigation company(ARC) are able to deem if a blatantly obvious incident has happened or not. I feel like they have gaslighted me, in denying an event has ever occurred. This is a typical big company, squashing the little people. Disgusting.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service ever. They lie to you. Tell you they will fix something with a refund and never follow through. I have never seen such lousy training in customer service.

Hard to believe but after years of…

Hard to believe but after years of purchasing from Amazon, they sold me what was supposed to be an Olympus dictaphons for £44 what arrived was a no branded snide copy of said item, have emailed the ceo twice and recieve no reply, also have raised a complaint with Amazon̈ (30 interactions and 10 phone calls) last manager i asked to speak to wouldn't listen and then said he was putting the phone down, which he proceeded to do. WTF is going on at Amazon. Mis selling and extra happy about it. Time to vote with wallets people.
