I would give Amazon a zero if it were available. I placed an order on Monday, expecting the order to arrive on Tuesday. I never received a notice that my payment had declined. After not receiving my order, I went to Amazon to check the status of my delivery, and it said my payment was declined. I changed the method of payment, which was cleared by my bank immediately, but now I won't get my order until tomorrow. I need that order today, and since I'm on a fixed income, I can't go somewhere else to purchase the product I need. Amazon customer service is horrible, and they just don't care. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere but Amazon to make a purchase.
I’ve had repeated delivery failures within the same week, including delays and lost packages. I want this documented as an ongoing delivery performance issue for my address/local delivery station. I’m starting to lose confidence in Amazon’s ability to deliver on time as promised. They used to be great at this, but it seems like their ability to deliver the way they used to. I started to go down the drain. I would not trust it to deliver something on time that is important to you
First they steal all your data like full name and address then they steal your banking data and mobile number then they lock u out of your account and u cannot do nothing to reverse it,u also cannot retrieve or delete your data from Amazon because u cannot access your account until they unlock it,u also cannot contact customer service because your account is locked and the only way to do it is with a Amazon account..I don't understand how they grew so big, it's basically a data stealing scheme nothing more..I just wanted to buy a new phone...
Horrific customer service. I spent over two hours trying to find out why my $32.69 gift card balance was not applied to my order. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. While I was actively typing a response, the system disconnected me for "inactivity" and transferred me to a new agent. The agents have zero attention span. They kept changing the subject and starting completely irrelevant conversations instead of addressing my actual issue. I still do not have an answer. Absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered two items from Amazon UK. The driver claimed he left them in a safe place. LIAR! He left them at the foot of the steps, in full public view and left this photo he took as evidence of a "safe place."
My car was parked on the road while I visited a friend. During my stay, 2 of his neighbours knocked on the door to say they had just witnessed an Amazon Van reverse into the side of my car. On contacting Amazon, despite photos, witness statements, photos of the van, and the parcel details, I was told there was no proof the driver had hit my car. Apparently Amazons investigation company(ARC) are able to deem if a blatantly obvious incident has happened or not. I feel like they have gaslighted me, in denying an event has ever occurred. This is a typical big company, squashing the little people. Disgusting.
If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service ever. They lie to you. Tell you they will fix something with a refund and never follow through. I have never seen such lousy training in customer service.
Hard to believe but after years of purchasing from Amazon, they sold me what was supposed to be an Olympus dictaphons for £44 what arrived was a no branded snide copy of said item, have emailed the ceo twice and recieve no reply, also have raised a complaint with Amazon̈ (30 interactions and 10 phone calls) last manager i asked to speak to wouldn't listen and then said he was putting the phone down, which he proceeded to do. WTF is going on at Amazon. Mis selling and extra happy about it. Time to vote with wallets people.
Getting sick of amazon. Sear for a specific item and they return a search with any old crap and unrelated crap. Makes ordering difficult.
I have had Prime for years and years. These days they screw up deliveries a lot. Delivery to the wrong place most of the time. Getting it fixed used to be simple. Now you have to argue with AI for days. It doesn't understand anything that it isn't expecting. No people. AI is not customer service, is a frustrating mess.
I called Amazon customer service to try and find out why I wasn't receiving a service I was paying for which was Amazon prime service. Supposedly, I'm supposed to be getting expedited services and overnight shipping on a lot of their items. However, I don't remember ever getting expedited services and I pay for it every month. When I called customer service they were very rude and they were asking me for information over the phone such as my social security number and my bank routing number just to verify that I had an Amazon prime account. I don't need them to verify that I have an Amazon prime account. All I need them to do is find out why I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.
Amazon tried to charge me more than the preorder price, twice. The first time they promised a refund which ever showed up. When it happened a second time they promised a $10 promo credit, which they never gave me. Instead, they attempted another unauthorized charge for the full amount. Customer service gives scripted apologies and then disappears.
I've been shopping with Amazon for about 4 years now and never had an issue with them. I ordered something from them and never recieved it. I told them and they refused my refund then come to find out they got my package back but still won't give me my money back for the item I didn't get
Been ordering from Amazon four years and I’m a prime member. This is the second time in one week that I have ordered items in a delivery date was promised, but the item was not delivered on that date. if you call Amazon customer service they apologize and then tell you the item will be delivered the following day. Why am I paying for Amazon prime if I don’t get the promise delivery date, their service has gone rapidly downhill
