More and more my items are not showing up on time

More and more my items are not showing up on the date promised at time of purchase, that should be a default on purchase by Amazon, I buy items because of the delivery date , it's a false advertising scam that there never held accountable for. My belief is that there third party courier service like uni uni has a big theft problem. The driver actually showed up in front of my house but never got out to deliver a package, kinda suspicious don't you think. Needless to say now my package won't be delivered for another week, come on , I ain't stupid.

I am 70

I am 70. I cannot drive. Everything is delivered. Until....Amazon.com. Amazon has 30 distribution centers within one hour of my house but .... an order due to arrive this morning between 4am and 8am gets delayed at 7am claiming that it will take another 24 hours to deliver a package THAT IS LITERALLY 15 MINUTES AWAY! Amazon has no customer service anymore because they screw up so much they can't take the heat so they removed all customer service from the site. I've been a Prime member since the dawn of prime, over 20 years. I am now looking at alternatives to delivery, streaming, kindle and all things amazon. But then, since when do billionaires give a royal damn about the customers who made them billionaires? Without us, they are nothing.

Disrespectful Delivery Driver

My 90lb dog began barking and jumping against our vinyl fence. I opened the front door and Amazon driver, in an unmarked van, was parked in front of my house with its door open. I could see that there were Amazon boxes inside the van. Driver saw me and yelled out he was on break. I went back in to try to quiet my dog. Driver doesn’t leave anything and a few minutes later he moves van to side of my house. Again my dog is barking and going nuts. The van door is open and driver is sitting there on his phone. I am beyond frustrated now and try to get his attention several times before he turns to me. I ask him if he can park somewhere else because my dog won’t stop barking. He tells me no because of my attitude and proceeds to sit there for 20 minutes. He does finally get out and shut the van door which gets my dog to stop barking. That evening my husband tells me he got a notice that a package from Amazon was out for delivery. I told him what had happened earlier and that the driver did not leave anything. We decided maybe there was another delivery driver coming. We were giving the rude driver the benefit of the doubt that he did not choose to not deliver our package, which actually needed a signature. Fast forward, no package arrived and my husband received a message that delivery was “attempted.” We were home all evening and no one knocked on door nor rang the doorbell. Reported incident to Amazon.
