My ears were thoroughly checked and a hearing test carried out. Unfortunately the selection of hearing aids that I liked were too expensive for me so I am trying to sort the problem out.
The earring test I had was very thorough, everything was explained to me before the examination was started and what to expect. After I had finished the test the gentleman then went through everything and explained to me the results and showed me on the screen the difference in both ears he was very good. The service and staff was excellent

The lady that did my hearing test was experienced and yet friendly. She was also polite and caring. The test included sound and also hearing tests and made me realise how much of ordinary conversation I am missing. The whole atmosphere was relaxed Unfortunately as a OAP I can't afford the cost of decent hearing aids using the latest technology. Thank you for your time.

I have had a set of hearing aids from Amplifon for two years now, and unfortunately, till now, the experience has been disappointing. However, two days ago I had a review with an audiologist called Victoria in Chester and it changed things completely. She was knowledgeable, helpful and understood my problems straight away. She was also sure that everything could be sorted and had a plan of action immediately. In less than a week, everything is so much better - I can listen to music again without having to use headphones, and watch TV without turning the volume way above everyone else's comfort zone. I am really grateful for all that she has done to help me.
