I have had a set of hearing aids from Amplifon for two years now, and unfortunately, till now, the experience has been disappointing. However, two days ago I had a review with an audiologist called Victoria in Chester and it changed things completely. She was knowledgeable, helpful and understood my problems straight away. She was also sure that everything could be sorted and had a plan of action immediately. In less than a week, everything is so much better - I can listen to music again without having to use headphones, and watch TV without turning the volume way above everyone else's comfort zone. I am really grateful for all that she has done to help me.

The staff were excellent, patient and affirming. The experience was well conducted and everything was made very clear, all questions answered. A good supportive environment.
