We had near flawless experience. The website is fairly self explanatory and bit experience was smooth. The communication was prompt thorough email. But tried to call few times which did not go well. Overall a good job.
Romilly was a pleasure to deal with on a tricky transaction. If the review was purely on service received, it would be 5*. What was frustrating was the inconsistency within the auction pack. Completion was delayed by 5 months due to the contract provided in the auction pack not including part of the land being sold - which it transpired was never filed with land registry. Surely this should have been picked up prior to listing. We then incurred an additional £3500 charge for the seller's legal fees due to the original solicitors incompetence. Overall, I'd definitely still buy from them again.
