Purchased a C63 S AMG from this company the selling us the vehicle was not an issue however customer service after has been non existent unfortunately initially we had problems with our Vehicle that were obviously there at time of purchase so I contacted Christopher several times through emails and phone calls no emails were returned and I had the phone put down on my face when trying to talk to Christopher we are now trying to claim money back that we had to spend on the vehicle within the first couple of weeks of owning it. Now the warranty are trying to fight this battle for us. We are yet to receive any payment back from auto 100. Avoid at all costs as these guys want to sell you the vehicle and have no interest in following up on any issues. Following on from your reply Thank you for your response, however I feel it is important to clarify a number of points from my side. We have video evidence, taken by myself stood next to the vehicle whilst my husband was inside the vehicle on the day we attended to sign the agreement and collect the vehicle, clearly showing there was already an issue with the convertible roof not operating correctly before any paperwork was signed. After driving the car away, it was only on the second use of the vehicle that we began experiencing further issues, We immediately had the vehicle inspected and were advised that replacement parts were required, along with a new battery. We have also incurred the cost for 2 diagnostics on the vehicle before any work could be carried out that was also the case for the roof issue. We contacted Auto100 regarding these issues and were instructed to go to Halfords, have the battery replaced, and send the invoice directly to Auto100 for reimbursement. This was done weeks ago and despite several follow-up emails asking why the refund had not been processed, those emails were ignored. We were then informed to go through the warranty for the other issues including the roof and to claim back the diagnostic costs from them and have had very little reimbursed back to us to date. The warranty do not cover the roof costs so we had no option but to the ask The finance company to look into this situation. Finally It is disappointing that after weeks without any meaningful response, the first phone call and email requesting to discuss the matter only arrived less than 24 hours after I posted an honest review of my experience. At no point have we expected an eight-year-old vehicle to be “like new”. We simply expected the faults identified very shortly after purchase — including one clearly present before collection — to be handled professionally and in line with the assurances given to us.
I picked up a stunning BMW M3 Touring. The car itself was amazing. I came from all the way from London, and the gentleman (Ryan Maloney), accommodated for me to do a handover of my part exchange and collect the vehicle on Sunday when the garage was closed. I was most impressed by his level of service and his knowledge of the car I was buying. The site itself was also stunning. Normally I am hesitant buying a car from other then the main manufacturer dealerships, but I was impressed by Auto100 and their staff. They seem to know their cars well. I will definitely be looking out for their website and they will likely be my first option when looking to change/sell my car in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I’ve purchased four vehicles from this high-end dealer over the last few years. The purchasing experience is very slick (the part exchange and sale completion done in one visit), and the vehicle stock is invariably first class in condition. I wouldn’t keep returning if I did not have a very high degree of trust and confidence in them. Special mention for Terry (excellent, personable sales lead - lots of patience, extremely helpful) and Ryan (Sales Manager, who always sorts a good deal for us). I am sure I will be returning in the future. A very professional operation.

A great experience buying from auto 100. I picked up my Stelvio QF on a very busy Saturday plus I missed my booking due to train delays up from London. But no matter, Terry spent the time to go through everything, so me round and explain all the controls. Will be telling others about the good experience. Happy with transaction, love the car. Couldn't believe when I got home and washed the motorway dirt off it, that it had 3 premium tyres (Michelin), and back drivers tyre was a budget tyre (Davanti) something I will be putting right this week!!!! Kicking myself for not noticing before collection.
I picked up my car from Auto100 yesterday and have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely 100% When I first enquired about the car a week ago, I had a very prompt call back from Chris, who was courteous, and expertly knowledgeable. We worked out a fair part exchange and a great finance deal quickly - I was not pressured at any point. In the week before pickup, I was communicated to and kept informed. On the day of collection, from the moment we walked into the frankly amazing location, we were warmly welcomed and looked after. We dealt with Terry, who was superb in all respects. We were given every opportunity to look over the car, which was exactly as described and prepared to an incredible standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry - he even helped me to retain my cherished plate that I worried I might lose. I cannot fault anything about the whole process. Auto100 are one of those rare companies that appreciate that the customer is at the heart of any business. I would absolutely recommend, and I would look to Auto100 first for my next car.
Second time I have bought a car from the team here but first time I have traded in. Really easy to deal with. They price fairly and the trade in was also very fair. No chipping the price etc. Handover process with Dan was excellent. Took lots of time with me to make sure everything was as expected & his enthusiasm for all things cars made the experience memorable. Have recommended others to Auto100 and would do so again.

Purchased a Maserati Levante from Auto 100. The experience before completing the purchase was genuinely very good. I was collected from the station, shown the car properly, and overall the service at that stage gave confidence in the dealership. Unfortunately, everything changed once the sale was completed. I reported issues with the sound system and a chipped windscreen immediately after collection. While I was initially told these would be looked into, there was no meaningful follow-up. Despite multiple messages, phone calls to the office, and being assured that someone would get back to me, I was ultimately ignored and left to deal with the issues myself. What’s particularly disappointing is not the issues themselves, these things can happen but the complete lack of after-sales support and accountability once payment had been made. A good dealership is measured not just by how they sell a car, but by how they handle things afterwards. In this case, the aftercare fell well below expectations.
