I have to give a slightly negative review. I dealt with customer service who said they couldn’t complete order via eBay, so I did it via their site. When paying, it said it couldn’t be shipped to my location, customer service told me to put a random address and then just tell them my address and then they’d ship. That was a lie, and they just ended changing their tone and being rude. I haven’t put a 1 star as they did end up refunding me when I asked, because I want to buy somewhere else!!

bought something for my car from them on ebay. the part does not fit my car even though it was bought for that model. I contact them to send it back but since I bought it as a guest on ebay it is apparently very difficult to send it back to them. I then find their address myself and send it back. IT WAS IN AUGUST I SENT IT BACK AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY FOR THE ITEM OR REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. They stop responding when I contact them they will not answer my questions. The item cost around 1000 dkkr and shipping cost around 800 kr That is around 2000 kr that I have not received back
