Report is clear, responded to questions answered and gives a sensible opinion. They are slightly slow to respond and need chasing but the inspection and then report were exactly what was expected.

We've had an ongoing issue with a car my son bought, so went to ACE to get a full inspection of the car. From start to finish they were brilliant, friendly and professional - specially Graham. Had the report through, I didn't understand most of it (typical non driving female), so rang them, and Graham explained the findings, in a more understanding way. Would definitely recommend ACE and would use them again.
Excellent communication to begin with. Early appointment made for Inspection. Easy payment options….that’s when the problems began Report was meant to produced by a certain date, it wasn’t and was only produced after I had chased it up a number of times. When the report finally arrived it was totally incorrect regarding the dates of ownership of the vehicle, something which I provided earlier. This has had to be sent back and caused another delay, totally unacceptable. The lack of communication post payment and the breach of contact signed is not what I expected after such a positive start.
we had a customer complaint which we disputed with the client, we employed ACE and the vehicle report, came back as the vehicle was of satisfactory quality, meaning it has assisted us in our dispute, a small cost to have an independent review that can give both the dealer and the customer closure.

I chose this vehicle inspection service after clearly explaining the issue I was facing and what kind of professional evaluation I was hoping to receive. During the initial consultation and again when the engineer arrived, my concerns and expectations were discussed in detail, and I was told they would be able to help. Unfortunately, the final report did not meet my expectations. The findings were mostly general observations that were already obvious, and the report did not provide insights or recommendations that were useful for addressing my specific issue. As a result, it was hard for me to see the added value of a professional inspection. I was also unclear on how the final conclusions were reached. I requested several clarifications and revisions, but the responses did not fully explain the reasoning behind the conclusions. If you are expecting in-depth technical analysis or a more scientific, expert-level evaluation, you may want to consider other options. In my case, the service did not justify the time and cost.
