WARNING – AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! Sharing my experience so other customers can be careful. I placed an order on Avvenice.com and after waiting several days with no updates, I had to contact support multiple times myself. Only then was I told that the item was unavailable and that I could either continue waiting or ask for a refund. I requested the refund immediately. The company later confirmed by email that the order had been cancelled and the refund had supposedly been issued, however no payment ever arrived. I repeatedly asked for proof or transaction details but nothing useful was provided. Because the situation was going nowhere, I contacted my bank and opened a dispute case. After investigation, the amount was returned to me through the bank process. Strangely, even after this situation was already closed, the company still decided to ship the item without my permission. Things became even more concerning afterwards. I was contacted several times and pressured to remove my review, while the review itself was also reported on Trustpilot. After checking the case, Trustpilot restored the review because it matched their policies and was considered genuine. Despite this, I kept receiving unpleasant emails containing accusations and references to legal action in an attempt to make me delete my feedback. I have saved all conversations and documents and submitted them to the appropriate authorities. Very disappointing experience overall. In my opinion, the company showed poor customer support, unclear refund handling, and unprofessional behaviour throughout the entire process.

Complete update with verifiable facts: After placing an order on Avvenice.com last month, I was informed about a week later, after several follow-up emails, that the product was out of stock and I could either wait or request a refund. I chose the refund option. I received confirmation that the order was cancelled and the refund was “processed,” but no money ever reached my account. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was never provided with proof of payment. After further unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I filed a dispute through my bank, which eventually refunded the amount to me. Only after this, the company still shipped the product without my consent. Afterwards, they asked me to remove the review using threatening language, and the review was also reported to Trustpilot. After verification, Trustpilot confirmed it and reinstated the review. From that point, I received further emails with accusations and legal threats in an attempt to force me to delete the review, which I refused to do. I have reported everything to the relevant authorities, providing full documentation. Extremely negative experience: lack of transparency, poor reliability, and intimidating behaviour towards the customer.
