Back Market Australia delivers strong value with fast shipping and good device quality in most cases, but quality control inconsistencies and occasional condition mismatches undermine trust for a significant minority of customers.

I ordered a BLUE iPhone 14 refurbished in excellent condition for my husband's bday. They sent me the midnight black colour and offered me a $30 partial refund for the inconvenience even though I'd already paid about that much extra for the blue colour. The phone arrived dirty with finger prints and marks on it. Did not look "excellent condition" whatsoever and consistently gave us temperature warnings without being hot and "unknown parts detected" warnings. The temperature warning came up every day for the 30 days we've had it. It's now day 30 and we are sending the phone back. Writing my honest review here as BackMarket did not put my 1-star review on their website. I guess it's a 50/50 chance with them. 50% of customers get a decent phone and I suppose they must be the only reviews they post. Not worth the risk. Would not recommend. I'm going back to Reebelo. Never had a bad experience with them. Worth the extra money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTIST Paid extra for excellent condition iPhone! Came with 86% battery doesn’t even last a full day. Was told I’d of got the same phone for 200 dollars less basically. Or 90% batter for extra 200 dollars more.
No support. Delivery is late and STILL not arrived despite paying for express delivery. No way to contact but wait for support to reply. Still waiting on my $1200 Macbook Air. I wish had read the reviews on the other websites before giving them my money.
