Our experience was pleasant. Package delivery time was fluctuating a bit but it arrived fairly quickly. Unboxing was very nice and presenting. The device, an Apple Watch Series 9, arrived in a condition that I would say would probably be closer to “Fair” condition although I ordered “Good”. The actual device has been performing well; with all problems eventually resolved. The performance was great, with no problems at all. I’d probably give this a 3.5 if I could.

The phone arrived quickly and is in perfect condition. The price was good. The selling experience was not so positive- I had to send two inquiries, an email and start a chat before finally receiving the return label. This delayed being able to post the phone by two days.
My iPhone 15pro max is great. Works like new. Only thing that I was a bit disappointed with. Was I asked for a new battery and paid extra. Not sure if the happened or not, as there was no reference to this. But otherwise I would definitely recommend.
