My first time purchasing a refurbished phone. I purchased the Samsung S23 Ultra and delivery fairly quick. The condition of the phone was pretty good however before I got top set up the phone I noticed the back cover was loose on one side. I had a closer look and the whole back cover was about to come off. Since I had already purchased accessories I asked if the supplier could find a similar replacement but they decided for a refund even though I could see they had stock of other similar models at the time. The communication was from Back Market was good and I believe they are trustful though. Just an unfortunate first experience.
Our experience was pleasant. Package delivery time was fluctuating a bit but it arrived fairly quickly. Unboxing was very nice and presenting. The device, an Apple Watch Series 9, arrived in a condition that I would say would probably be closer to “Fair” condition although I ordered “Good”. The actual device has been performing well; with all problems eventually resolved. The performance was great, with no problems at all. I’d probably give this a 3.5 if I could.

I ordered a BLUE iPhone 14 refurbished in excellent condition for my husband's bday. They sent me the midnight black colour and offered me a $30 partial refund for the inconvenience even though I'd already paid about that much extra for the blue colour. The phone arrived dirty with finger prints and marks on it. Did not look "excellent condition" whatsoever and consistently gave us temperature warnings without being hot and "unknown parts detected" warnings. The temperature warning came up every day for the 30 days we've had it. It's now day 30 and we are sending the phone back. Writing my honest review here as BackMarket did not put my 1-star review on their website. I guess it's a 50/50 chance with them. 50% of customers get a decent phone and I suppose they must be the only reviews they post. Not worth the risk. Would not recommend. I'm going back to Reebelo. Never had a bad experience with them. Worth the extra money.
Have, so far, purchased three iPhones from Back Market. All as described, or better.
I was a bit nervous ordering from them, but I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed! My laptop arrived quickly (I paid for express to make sure) in excellent condition, and so far it's working great. I'd be happy to purchase from them again.
