The service of this company is terrible. The bunk bed we purchased collapsed on our children. We have waited almost a year for a refund, going back and fourth with the director (who has just resigned) Since this time we have started legal proceedings for a refund. the company has changed it name to BRAGARZIDI LTD As the company “flagged my review” as illegal for putting the company house number, I have removed it but remind everyone that if you want to know more about the company you can do a free simple search on the government website Company’s House to find more information for the status of this company which is free and provided by the government for open public viewing! Avoid at all costs!
Barely deserving of one star after I waited over 12 months for my cot. 12 months of my phone calls and emails not being responded to. Failed promises of delivery dates that they failed to honour. When cot finally arrived, I was pleased with the quality but sadly my grandson, for whom it was bought, had grown out of it.
My mum ordered the Ophelia cot for us, and it’s been nothing but stress!! Delivery was booked for last Thursday, only to be told on Tuesday Jamie could no longer do that but could do Wednesday instead. Which was fine. Told Jamie would leave at 9am and it would take him a couple of hours to reach us I cancelled my self employed work. 10am Jamie tells us he is now doing the delivery on his own and would need someone home to help him (after we paid £100 for white glove delivery!!). Being pregnant I had to get my husband to come home from work. Lunchtime comes and there’s no sign. Calls and texts unanswered. After numerous times being told he was an hour away, Jamie did eventually turn up at 5.30pm! The cot instructions for turning it to a tot and double bed were a crumpled up mess out of his van that he found. All the screws on the cot are very visible, not even a white sticker provided to cover them up. When I questioned about the £290 mattress that was ordered, I was told it was posted seperately and should have arrived. Which it hadn’t. Jamie assured me he would chase it up. After messages to both Jamie and Sarah we were told the lady who makes the mattress was sending it out to arrive on Saturday. On Saturday AMAZON delivered a £38.49 mattress to my door?!? This is NOT what we ordered! Raising it with both Sarah and Jamie, we were fobbed off with it being a temporary mattress(???) incase the baby arrives early, as the lady who makes them isn’t working right now (change of story?!), so we wouldn’t get it until the new year. With a baby due the start of next year we requested a refund, as I would like the nursery finished and not have that stress! We were told that the AMAZON £38.49 mattress needs to be returned to them, and in original packaging BEFORE they can return our £290!! (We have asked for this collection to be organised and there’s been no response.) We’ve also been told that a refund can only be sanctioned by their accountant and will take 7-14 days, that takes us right through Christmas and New year, so obviously will be even longer than that… If my baby comes early I now can’t use the temporary mattress, the mattress I ordered will not be here anytime soon and the refund I’ve requested they are refusing to process, so I can’t even order a mattress from somewhere else!!! The Amazon mattress packaging is now stinking out my baby’s nursery, because we have no where else to store it whilst we wait for them to get rid of it. To top it all all emails and messages are being ignored, my mum left comments on their Instagram only to be blocked and the comments be deleted.
I would avoid this company furniture looks beautiful but its not what your buying I bought my daughter a cot what converts into a bed but unfortunately it did not turn into bed for 2 months we have been promised it will be resolved this week lies don’t answer calls and dont call back my partner is heavily pregnant and this has had a huge impact on her and on my daughter who now has no bed so now we have to fight this in court which is going to cost a lot of money so avoid
paid £1650 for a cot in December last year which was supposed to be delivered February after contacting multiple times I was still chasing it up until September I then asked for a refund which I gave details for on the 28th of September, they replied on 5th of October stating they have 30 days to legally issue a refund, it is now been over 30 days and I haven’t received the refund. SCAM . The company also threatened with legal action due to my reviews.
We ordered a £1070 cot from this company, paid a deposit in March and the balance in August. Constant lies about delivery and eventually they cancelled the order. They promised a refund but we still haven't received it despite numerous calls and emails. They already have over £20k worth of CCJ's and we have had to also issue a county court claim to try to recover our money. Avoid at all costs
This company is a shambles I’ve been waiting for a cot bed to arrive for at least three month which cost 1650 pounds After two weeks went past we contacted them to ask what is happening with our order as we didn’t hear nothing from them then after a few days I got a reply with said they was waiting on a letter to arrive understandable then I tried to contact them again using the number on the website and the mobile number which they phoned me off but there wasn’t no response and then when I asked for a refund they said the cot will be delivered next week so I said I will wait one more week but again there was no email or phone call so we tried to call them again and no Answer once again when we finally got through to them after 3MOUTHS , they said that the bed will be coming to there work shop when it arrives they will sent it straight out to us but we just requested a refund they said over the phone that wouldn’t be a problem they said it will take 30 days for the refund so we waited two weeks and contacted them again and the customer service team said that if we want a refund that we need to email them and not call them IF I WAS ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING OFF OF THIS WEBSITE DO NOT IT NOT WORTH THE TIME AND HASSLE AS FROM MY POINT OF VEIW IT IS A SCAM AND I WILL BE TAKING RHINGS FURTHER
The company is a scam so avoid at all cost. We ordered a sticker which arrived 2 months later and completely damaged. Impossible to put on the wall and costs £95!! This company shouldn’t be allowed to sell products as they are scammers and what they do is illegal. 1 star is too generous for them and I hope they won’t be allowed to stay in business for much longer
I have been in touch with this company and my gosh their customer service is HORRIFIC TO SAY THE LEAST. I’ve called and left messages for about three weeks now and no one calls you back. All I’ve been trying to do is place an order but I’m decided now that I don’t want to part with my money…especially as no one calls you back even when you call everyday chasing! Imagine after placing the order…who would you call when the receptionist says ‘I’m just a receptionist, I will pass your message on…that’s all I ca do’. Appalling
Very unprofessional service and unreliable staff! Products are also overpriced! There was a very long delay in delivery of my order and when it was actually delivered it was done so by amateurs who marked the newly painted nursery walls and chipped the woodwork too. Horrible anxiety during my last trimester of pregnancy caused by them.
Worst company ever, I Ordered a cot Six months ago had my nursery decorated to suit this cot i also had custom-made bedding for this cot. They told me my cot was in there stock room. Then told my cot was being delivered to them in two weeks. Then told a month later it was going to be longer. I paid in full the company still kept calling asking if I could pay the final balance as the cot was on its way when I had already paid the full amount lucky enough had all my receipts as proof of purchase. If paying for anything from this company please make sure and keep all your receipts and reference number as proof. I waited so long for the cot I never did receive it. I now have a refund in 4 weeks time I give birth and have to order a different Cot from a different company. I was silly I ignored the reviews and ordered from them but now I know for myself about how bad this company is.
Worst company ever! I’ve ordered a cot with them, 6 months ago and when the time to deliver was passed by I decided to reach out where my cot was. They first said that the cot was a different colour (then I actually orderd) and then second of all they said something had gone wrong and they didn’t have it. So basically if I never reached out I probably not even got contacted since the cot hasn’t even been orderd. This while I’ve messaged them multiple times in the months before to remind about my order. They send my money back after having to go after them for three days and not one single sorry!!! This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced, they’re not gonna come far. Btw were speaking about a cot price tag £1.400 !!!
I do not wish for anyone to have to go through such an upsetting experience BEWARE of this company at all costs I have had so many problems and still have on going problems to date they are still holding my money for a refund. Please do not be taken in by the lovely pictures and website.

All I can say is the woman who I spoke to quite clearly doesn’t care about business! Spoke to her on the phone gave dimensions of the room via text. Heard nothing so contacted her 5 days later. She asked for my email. Waited and waited for something and she never sent anything. I consider this a blessing as having seen the reviews her contact and customer service is appalling. I have instead gone with a company through Etsy who had amazing reviews and posted the stickers within days. Dont waste your time even contacting this company. It will only lead to disappointment
