We are now on week 17 and still not received my items or even a reply from this scam company, they should be ashamed/arrested for stealing money from people

I placed an order with Beauty Globe over 5 weeks ago and was charged £59 immediately and order confirmation. Since then, I have received no delivery and no communication beyond the initial confirmation email. I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update and a refund, all of which have been ignored. Having now reviewed other Trustpilot feedback, it appears I am far from alone in this experience, which raises serious concerns about this company’s business practices. I am now formally requesting a full refund. If this is not processed within 7 days, I will be pursuing the matter further via: - My bank (chargeback) - Trading Standards - A formal complaint through the relevant consumer protection channels I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before ordering from this company I am happy to update this review if the issue is resolved promptly. Ordered over £100 worth of products on feb 25th.. it’s now April 8th. still haven’t received my order. Have tried emailing, no reply and no other way to contact them. Tracking the order through the shop app and all it says is it’s confirmed.. hasn’t changed since the day I ordered. Finding it hard to believe this is a legitimate company as customer service is non existent.
Unfortunately I am now at my wits end I made an order in January and I know it said 4-6 weeks as the perfumes are from USA I don’t mind waiting but it’s now April I’ve sent a few emails and only once was replied and no updates since It’s nearly 300 pounds I seem to have lost I think communication is important and even if they just replied saying look we can’t get them or it’s going to be another few weeks fine but no contact and no products and now no money I will try and contact my credit card company to see if there’s anyway of getting the money back I hate leaving bad reviews as I know how hard times are and maybe they are overwhelmed but I really feel a bit frustrated
Never received the orders nor any follow-up response to emails. Had to open a dispute with my bank to receive the money back as order apparently has been dispatched and Evri has been waiting weeks to receive it now.
I made an order 2 months ago and they’re still preparing the order. Do they even fulfill their orders?

Purchased two products 4 weeks ago, have emailed customer support twice and had no response. Over £120 spent, no products and no response to my emails. Avoid!!!!!
I ordered a product on 15 January and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service about 6 times and SHOP three times. No one has bothered to reply and I still have no products and no refund. A total disgrace. Do NOT I repeat NOT use this company. I’m out of pocket for £140 and I will not give up until I have my money back
No response and no order update I placed an order on October 24 and have still not received any update regarding my purchase. I have contacted Beauty Globe twice, but I have not received any response or explanation. At this point, I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I have neither received my order or my money back. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company, as there seems to be no customer support or accountability.

Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. I ordered an item a month ago. I’m still waiting and my emails have been unanswered. I can’t review the product I paid for as i haven’t received it.
