I ordered a product on 15 January and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service about 6 times and SHOP three times. No one has bothered to reply and I still have no products and no refund. A total disgrace. Do NOT I repeat NOT use this company. I’m out of pocket for £140 and I will not give up until I have my money back
No response and no order update I placed an order on October 24 and have still not received any update regarding my purchase. I have contacted Beauty Globe twice, but I have not received any response or explanation. At this point, I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I have neither received my order or my money back. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company, as there seems to be no customer support or accountability.
Product order 21/2/26 - not received over a month later and no reply to 2 support emails sent.
Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. I ordered an item a month ago. I’m still waiting and my emails have been unanswered. I can’t review the product I paid for as i haven’t received it.

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter. I do not say this lightly but frankly my experience with this company is worse than bad. Having received an acknowledgement of my order and taken a payment via PayPal ( thankfully). That was it - no more communication , no product. I contacted their customer service and was completely ignored - no product and so issued a charge back request to PayPal who refunded me instantly. On Googling this company I discovered I was not the only customer to have received such poor service. My advice is to look elsewhere .
I have ordered an Erno lazlo Mud Soap about 11 days ago from Beauty Globe. No tracking or information about the parcel.My order number #9946 and my name is Elli-Anna. I have sent them an email in their customer support group and on their live chat but I have been completely ignored. What is happening? Very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

If you have placed an order, go ahead and contact you bank immediately. This is a scam, you will not get you product not will they reach out to you.
