VERY UNRELIABLE RETAILER After 3months I've still not received my goods, had no responses to my emails and had no refund. Now going through chargeback process with my bank.
If I could it would be zero stars. Ordered in February and again in April - none of the orders received. Luckily I got an instant refund in May from PayPal - they must be aware of the problems with this company. Do not trust Beauty Globe.
Order #9513 never received after 4 months and no answer to 10 emails, please refrain from buying from there. This is a scam company, dishonest and lying.
I placed an order (Order #10084) back on 27 Mar. It has been over 6 weeks and my order is still "Unfulfilled." I have sent the email to their customer support to follow up, but I have been completely ignored. There is zero communication and zero transparency regarding stock levels or shipping delays. I am still interested in receiving my item, but the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If I do not receive a tracking number or a response within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a formal dispute through my payment provider. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STUCK FOR MONTHS.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. All they do is acknowedge your order but then do not send the goods or answer any emails. I think this could be a scam website. I have reported the problem to Pay Pal who are investigating.
It has been over a month since I placed my order and it still has not been shipped. I have sent several emails and have been completely ignored. This is by far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your time and money.
I bought an Erno Laszlo mud soap bar for £45.99 on the 13th February 2026. I got no confirmation email which is a red flag 🚩 I’ve never received the soap and emailed them 4 times asking for an update on my order and a refund. No response from them to this day- radio silence. I’ve flagged them to my credit card company as a scam. I can’t believe Beauty globe is still operating in the UK as it’s obvious by the reviews and my own experience they are a SCAM. My next step is reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER from this website - I would rate them 0 stars for customer service/ satisfaction as all they did was take my money then ignore me- UNBELIEVABLE!
I’ve purchased a touchland hand sanitizer 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the item. I need a full refund. No emails, no updates absolutely nightmare.

I placed an order with Global Beauty over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. There has been no update on shipping, no delivery, and no clear communication about what’s going on. I’ve reached out through email, but I haven’t received any response at all. It’s extremely frustrating to be left completely in the dark after paying for an order. At this point, the lack of communication is just as concerning as the delay itself. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the customer service experience has been very disappointing. I hope the company addresses this soon, either by fulfilling the order or providing a proper explanation and resolution.
