Did not smell anything like dr pepper ( i have a dr pepper essential oil rub) it was beyond disappointing and actually made me nauseous and have a migraine. The shipping and delivering was perfect per my request and quick. Just the scent was horrendous.
There is a hole in the bag containing the boric acid powder. It was leaking out of the box.
I am so glad i found Bulk Apothecary! I have recently been making efforts to stop buying everything from Amazon. Yes, its cheap & convenient, but its not ethical. I'm glad I could find so many of my biz supplies (massage therapist) from this company. --> Shipping was fast, communication was efficient, products arrived as expected. TBH, shipping so much liquid can be risky (big potential for leakage and spillage) and there was minimal leakage; items were packaged well! -->items were reasonably priced! -->website is easy to navigate
I'm already enjoying my soap bars. The fragrance is wonderful and very aromatic. If there was a gripe to have, it would be the ability to make custom labels for the products I would like to order and sell. The discomfort comes from not knowing the proper measurements for the logos for the different products that we sell. If it were possible to email the logo and you do the rest, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for that convenience. Make sure the shipping address is correct. I have no idea why my order was sent to my former address. Fortunately the new homeowner was kind enough to hand deliver my order.
The soap bars I ordered smelled amazing! The foaming hand soaps are wonderful. I will use those as well as the sponges for bridal shower gifts. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with everything and it shipped quickly! I placed another order as well, due to arrive today. A++ quality and service overall!

Very fast delivery, high quality products
Fantastic and love the product
I ordered a number of oils, clays, and other items for soap making. Everything was fine except for the 50 lbs of Palm oil. The packaging was completely unacceptable, a plastic bag that was not even sealed inside a single layer box. I had to transfer it to my own buckets (what a pain / mess).
I would leave a 5 star review, except for the high cost of postage. I’ve been buying from Bulk Apothecary for 10yrs, and just don’t ever remember spending almost $100 on shipping, which significantly increases the price of making my soap & lotion. I like the products, they always serve me well.
