There is a hole in the bag containing the boric acid powder. It was leaking out of the box.
Products took forever to arrive. Shipping was outrageous.
I ordered a number of oils, clays, and other items for soap making. Everything was fine except for the 50 lbs of Palm oil. The packaging was completely unacceptable, a plastic bag that was not even sealed inside a single layer box. I had to transfer it to my own buckets (what a pain / mess).
It got here quick but I had ordered 24 8oz jars and only received 2 jars. I have emailed about it but have yet to hear back on where the remaining jars I bought are.
I thought I ordered unscented body lotions, but got Massage Lotion. Needed Body lotion. Maybe another time. Thanks Marcia Pierce
