Make sure the shipping address is correct. I have no idea why my order was sent to my former address. Fortunately the new homeowner was kind enough to hand deliver my order.
I would leave a 5 star review, except for the high cost of postage. I’ve been buying from Bulk Apothecary for 10yrs, and just don’t ever remember spending almost $100 on shipping, which significantly increases the price of making my soap & lotion. I like the products, they always serve me well.
