Pleasant to deal with but confusion around pricing and dates was avoidable. I was presented with a price and proceeded to confirm booking only to get a call back the rate had changed. I suppose this can happen. I ended up paying more for a business class fare than if I booked directly with the airline. Be careful what you buy from these guys.
I had no food, I asked specifically for kosher food. Staying 8 hours without food and no eating prior to that is not called BC
