Andrew Galloway came out to sort one job and helped sort nearly the whole house. Andy went above and beyond for the whole time he was here. Even helping tidy up and hoover after the carpet fitters had left our property. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner with respect and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone for joinery jobs as his level of service was exceptional.
The service I received from Aimee at south Queensferry in Edinburgh was outstanding. I can’t thank her enough for her help. She is a genuine and excellent member of staff. One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Highly professional and exceptional quality work by George Fisher! George Fisher came to do our paintwork, and he was absolutely brilliant. He is incredibly professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
Had Scott Moxey from Cala round today to touch up some painting after a small leak, he was a really nice guy and did a really good thorough job.
What has happened to you as a company . You used to help and support your customers and now you just dismiss and refuse to help . I called Cala West Customer service and spoke to Kieran and advised him that I have a light fitting that uses fine specialist screws that was never secured / fitted correctly in the first place and it was held together by 3M tape and because it was never installed correctly then Cala or their original kitchen suppliers should resolve . Kieran basically told me it is out of warranty , how do they know that it was always faulty and this was not reported within its warranty period . I got the impression that Kieran didn't believe me and he couldn't just take the word of the customer . The 3M tape that was used instead of screws held for more than 2 years , so how am I suppose to report it !!! I told him all this . But Cala don't care and don't do the right thing anymore , they just deny responsibility .

We reserved with CALA Homes on 9th May 2026 and had a very positive experience, especially with Jenny and Lizzi at Aurs Meadows. From our initial interest in the Darroch to later discussions and videos about the Garvie, they were both very helpful, professional and patient. They took time to explain the options clearly and supported us throughout the process. Although we did not proceed with the CALA reservation, this was purely because another property better matched our family requirements, not because of the service we received. Jenny and Lizzi made the whole experience pleasant and professional, and we are genuinely grateful for their time and support. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a CALA home.
We’ve had a fantastic experience at Ballagan Woods thanks to Vickie and Emma. Both have been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Vickie has always kept in contact and made sure everything is running smoothly, while Emma has been welcoming and supportive from the start. Excellent customer service from both. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Martin Hales for all his help in sorting out the gaps around the skirting boards in our new home. He was very professional, cleaned up after every visit, and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend him.
The 3‑4 bed homes in Egham are seriously overpriced and completely out of reach for most local families. Developers avoid building in proper town areas and instead buy cheap land near woods, then sell the finished homes at premium commuter‑belt prices. It feels profit‑driven, not community‑driven, and it’s disappointing to see so little focus on genuinely affordable housing.
