Did not know what to expect, but so surprised! Love this card and the ease you can use it and pay it back. Ive always hated money, and struggled with credit score at one point, but this card and company are amazing!
Got this for one reason only, it was something to fall back on if I’m short. I always pay in full at the end of each month, so I don’t pay interest. It’s been a life saver! Thanks capital 1 you have certainly sorted me out. A+++

Spoke to customer service today regarding my credit card. Calling 0333 is expensive and I have to wait long to be connected to higher department. This was my issue few weeks ago as my card was blocked i phoned customer service where staff advices me to call company Uber to clarify unrecognised transaction. As I got no resolution for this problem i phoned today asking customer service to unblock my care I was transferred to another department where a lady spoke to not helping me to unblock my card stag was so argumentative and I haven’t sort out my issue of unblocking my card. Also the apps was not so friendly user you can chat with certain issues outside the topic they provided you can’t do anything with the apps. In the apps it’s said unblock the card if I do it its directed me to 0333 number and mostly customer service has no card unprofressional
