Cases and Clues delivers engaging, well-produced mystery games that most customers enjoy, but is hampered by inconsistent product quality across cases, significant customer service failures including lost packages and refund delays, and unclear game structure that frustrates experienced players.

My partner and I had such a good time working through the case! I bought it for him as a birthday gift and he loved it. The website was easy to navigate and I liked how you could filter the cases for difficulty level, how much tech would be involved etc. Delivery was quick and the outer envelope was unbranded so when it arrived my partner was none the wiser that it was a gift for him! The case packaging and materials are of a very good quality and the whole case that we did was very well thought out and clever. We will definitely be doing more!
Fabulous to play… I was very unsure when I ordered the game if I would enjoy it but was it was impressive! Strong set up and guides you through and the media interaction with the evidence is excellent. Delivery was very fast. My husband and I are in 60’s and we throughly enjoyed the mental experience of it… bravo to cases and clues !!
Loved this!; something different to do/ enjoy together. Would recommend 👌
Well produced game materials; lots of fun had by all; neither too easy nor too challenging.
Lots of fun and very immersive
Ordered this for Valentine’s Day and ordered one of the packs twice by accident. When going through the returns process it said to go to the post office and send the item back with your name and the name of the pack being sent back written on paper in the returns box. I did this and apparently they have no received the pack. Misplaced the confirmation receipt of return and still waiting for a reply from the company to confirm they received the item. Very slow and unhelpful customer service would recommend going and using a different company
Was happy to let my last review go after they allegedly refunded me. They took the money out of my account twice. Would not process refund despite the error being with their website. Finally got an email from Katie telling me it has been refunded. I waited no refund arrived so I disputed 1 of 2 payments with my bank. They have refused the dispute! Have sent further evidence to the bank. Company has at least one liar and thief. Maybe more.
Really well put together and very entertaining loved how it was on theme for Christmas too. Will definitely buy more from them
Delivered as promised. Not played yet as purchased as Christmas presents.
So disappointed with this. I bought 2 and now feel that they were a waste of money and they were not cheap :-( Bought for Christmas but due to sickness and then everyone's busy calendars we have only just got round to playing. Arranged a special night with our regular games night group. We all quiz twice a week, do escape rooms, mystery walking tours and the like and thought we would smash this. How wrong we were! It was not really clear what we had to do. We all seemed to be going round in circles. The structure of the game was very discombobulated. After an hour we were all so bored that we gave up. It was not at all like we were expecting and as I said these games are not cheap! I was quite embarrassed as we did not get the fun Murder Mystery Night I had envisioned. The two I bought were A Christmas to Die For and Killer Christmas Party.
We found this game really disappointing. There were multiple plot holes and key witness statements seemed to be missing, which made it difficult to follow the story properly. Some of the handwritten notes sent us down rabbit holes that didn’t lead anywhere or add anything meaningful to the investigation. It felt more confusing than clever. We were also left wondering how we were supposed to interpret certain elements—like the codes in the shopping log—or determine whether witnesses were corroborating each other’s stories, as lots of that information wasnt actually provided. My husband and I are big fans of murder mystery games and have previously used Cryptic Killers, which we’ve always found well thought out, engaging and extremely clever. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t live up to that standard. In the end, the solution felt rushed and underdeveloped, with very little information actually pointing to the real killer. It all felt quite weak and a waste of time, with a particularly disappointing ending. Overall, it felt like a waste of over four hours. We won’t be using Cases and Clues again. ⭐ 1/5
Fantastic Easter break entertainment for the family. Well thought out detective games with interactive elements.
Really thought provoking exercise and a worthy alternative to other pastimes.
The material provided and online made the experience very easy to navigate and made for some quality family time
Very fast delivery. Will play this weekend. I can’t wait.
