How is this legal in Denmark? After signing the loan agreement, which states that after the funds are paid, you have 15 days to find a guarantor or 2,000 DKK. You provide your sensitive bank details along with an automatic debt repayment order. Then, they impose a condition that you provide a guarantor before the payment is made. You can't delete your profile with your data from the cashper.dk website, and the contact with the data officer didn't help. It looks like account data theft with the possibility of charging it.

I give 2 because your policy is wrong with guarantor i want to pay full payments and they say must to pay guarantor fee to witch is no fair if want to pay faster then you must to remove guarantor your are just like i take loan but not happy i must to pay that guarantor fee when i want to pay even early i pay 3month advance guarantor ??? change your policy of guarantor you can`t force people to pay extra if they want to pay early i remove me details from you and will never take loan from you and i will not recomand gridy company with no compromise
I gave 2 stars and i explain why. I am a customer for over a year and my last apllication dosnt go through because the code through message to complete my miniloan never comes. Or when i reply to their sms to complete the transaction still nothing. With the live chat i tried for hours no solution i called the number in Germany when the automatic voice says press one ,and im pressing one and then it says to me its wrong and asks again that i press one. I send an email also no answer. What kind of customer service is this. Are you kidding me?

Scammers. Someone took over my identity and made a loan agreement on my behalf. I can't contact the bank. Danish Police and my bank is involved now hope I can get myself out of the hands of this whatever it is
