How is this legal in Denmark? After signing the loan agreement, which states that after the funds are paid, you have 15 days to find a guarantor or 2,000 DKK. You provide your sensitive bank details along with an automatic debt repayment order. Then, they impose a condition that you provide a guarantor before the payment is made. You can't delete your profile with your data from the cashper.dk website, and the contact with the data officer didn't help. It looks like account data theft with the possibility of charging it.

Scammers. Someone took over my identity and made a loan agreement on my behalf. I can't contact the bank. Danish Police and my bank is involved now hope I can get myself out of the hands of this whatever it is

cashper is big fraud, when everything is done, you recieve your lån in your account, after they send you an email for a kautionist(gauranter) , that if you give a kautionist, then you have to pay same money as mentioned in contract, otherwise have to pay 2000kr more, even you provide kautionist, they will reject it, i provide 2 kautionist, cashper rejected both😴😴😴😴 i recommend to everybody , please be aware this scam
Horrible ! They trap you in the name of guarantor. Stay away from this scam and better try in kreditnu or nordkredit. Disgusting.
Unfortunately, the treatment and laws are not good and unfair to the creditor. Bad experience and I will not deal with them again.
It is very profitable. I took a loan of 3,000 kroner. Two months later, it was 6,000 kroner
