They came in a reasonable amount of time. I got the multiple for 19.99 a piece. I have lipodemia and lymphodemia and of course cellulite and spider veins. My vein specialist was happy to see me wearing them. i haven't seen miraculous slimming, but then i didn't buy them for that. With those issues and POTS, they do seem to help with the dizzy spells.
The shipment took over 3 weeks to come. When they arrived, the sizes were wrong, some of the colors were wrong. There was a stain on a pair. The socks are yoga socks, not compression socks. It says it clearly on the socks. You only get one pair and the color is whatever they send you. You have to pay for your returns, even though they sent the wrong sizes. You also have to take a picture of the return package with a tracking number and send it back to them for a refund. They don’t do anything for your cellulite. It actually shows through the leggings. Definitely not worth the money, nor the aggravation. When I ordered I was told that there was a problem with the payment that was now fixed and I could order now. There was no problem. I ended up with 7 pairs of which I could only fit 2. Fanka is more expensive but I got my leggings within days. When I had an issue, I was send the code to return instantly and received my refund before I got home.
SCAM! It tooks almost a month to get my items and I was sent items with NO tags. I contacted them right away as I felt I was sent NOT new, but returned/used items and they said I would need to return at my own expense and that the items must have tags to get a refund, I explained they sent items without tags. NO help, they just send canned responses. Do NOT buy anything from this company.
I and very happy with Celsius shop. I order the pants and when I got my order. One pair wasn’t stitched. And when I got hold of them. They sent out another new pant no question never ask to return other. Just send a new pair out. To me today a company would do that is a great company. Plus the stretches are great. The order took a long time to receive. The sizing is large & the product doesn't live up to its claim. There is no option to get a full refund & to exchange is at your own cost.
In January 2026, I ordered two pair leggings as of today’s date March 25, 2026. I have not received my purchase nor a refund. I have emailed them on several occasions. I have been answered twice. I’m asking for a refund or to send me my purchase that I have paid in full for, however it turns out they’re delivery company delivered to the wrong apartment number nine I live an apartment 29. I presented them proof pictures of what my unit looks like outside what’s on my patio etc. etc. as of today, March 25, 2026 I have not received a refund. I have not received my leggings and I have not received any more feedback from this company so to me they are a piece of shit scammers I want to know what’s the best way of getting my money back do I need to take these people to court for being scammers unprofessional fees?
I purchased 2 pairs of leggings from this company and after taking 15 days to be received (even though they state they are a company located in the US) I was completely underwhelmed. The material was uncomfortable and even though I followed their sizing chart they were way too big. I tried to find a customer service number and couldn't locate one anywhere on the internet so I was reduced to having to send an email. I informed them I wanted to return the items and they were unworn and their response was that after I pay for return shipping they would either issue me a 20% refund or send me a different size. 20%! So I pulled up their refund policy and it doesn't state anything about a partial refund, although it does state that I would be responsible for return shipping costs. I sent a follow up email demanding a full refund per their return policy. Then and only then were they willing to issue me a 100% refund after I paid shipping costs and followed detailed return instructions. I don't even trust that they will issue my refund after returning the items. This is bad business and manipulative sales and return tactics. Do not trust them.
Ordered several products in Feb 2026. The company sent a few emails stating I would be receiving the product any day....or it's just around the corner. TO DATE I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING!!!!! NEVER RECIEVED PRODUCT
I placed my order around Feb 9th. I received an email mid February saying my order was on the way. I forgot about my order until March when I received an email saying that my order is around the corner. I looked up the tracking info and of course nothing was displayed. I reached out to them saying I'd like a refund or my order asap and within a week and a half my order was at my door. I wish I could say I was happy with the product after all of that but the leggings are as thin as tights. I definitely want my money back.
I have waited 20 days since I placed my order. I received an email and tracked my order, delivered to front porch. No package anywhere! I reached out to Celsior, they told me it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. Already did, no package.
